Unless you have 1.5 to 3 hours to sit and wait for "quick" service, I recommend avoiding this place. I went for an oil change and a replacement brake light bulb. After 1.5+ hours, I asked "How much longer will it be?" and was informed 20 mins. After 45 minutes I asked again, and was informed it would be 10 more minutes. After 25 minutes, I finally received my keys and was informed that my brake light only works when my headlights are OFF. This is clearly a safety issue. The Quick Lane team was utterly confused as to what the problem was. After 3 hours, I would have hoped that the staff would have called over a Hyundai service member who is "in the brown building just over there." Instead, I was told that I would need to schedule an appointment for ANY sort of additional information.I do want to note that the woman who communicated the timing with me was polite and professional. The woman who called the following day asking me if I "received 5-star service" was polite as well. I informed her the I absolutely DID NOT receive 5 star service. I was then told that I would receive a call from the service manager that day or the next day. Did I? No.

They don’t even deserve one star. We were driving up from SC when our Ford truck started to have issues. All we wanted done was a diagnostic reading on the truck. The gentleman at the counter refused to serve us.

Quick lane.... not so much quick. Over 2 hrs for an oil change. If I wasn’t getting free oil changes I’d be using jiffy lube and take my chances

Never here less than 2 hours for an oil change. Should just go to jiffy lube

An hour and 20 mins in and still waiting for my “quick†lane oil change. My car has literally been done for the last 20 mins but it’s sitting outside waiting for the “paperwork to be sent in†I’ll never do this again - maybe they should take some classes from jiffy lube....

Every bob bell ford now makes you get an appointment to go through the quick lane. Defeats the purpose of a quick lane .

I was told that an oil change would take 30-45 minutes. I waited well over an hour for just a simple oil change. I don't understand what the point is to make an appointment if they did not take my appointment on time, nor finish on time. Very frustrating.
