I’d gone to three tire shops before them but none of them carried my tire size. The guy helping me was very polite even waiting for me to finish talking on the phone and offered condolences when he overheard me talking about preparing for my brother’s funeral the next day. It was very fast and convenient. I’m so grateful I found them!

Was here from out of town for a funeral, my front driverside tire went bad. They diagnosed it quickly and were able to get me a used tire and mount it in under 30 minutes so I could make the 4 hour drive home. They put my old tire in my truck to take back to my local shop nc they are under warranty. I'm so grateful they were open and able to help so quickly

I called kinda late in the evening for most tire shops but these guys were more than happy to help me with two 19" wheel swaps, I was lucky that it wasn't too crowded, the work was great, the staff was friendly and careful with my wheels, I was in and out in very reasonable time and the price was very low for the level of service I received here. I'll be returning with other vehicles.

This is the third or fourth time I've used JNR and they've been incredibly quick and affordable every time. I've always been taken care of right away and they get me back on the road quickly. They've been up front about what's going on with my tires and the repairs have always held up. My go to place when I've got tire issues.

Went to a couple weeks ago because I found a nail in my tire. I walked in and there was a dog and a cat in the lobby which was absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and I loved how personal it felt. It wasn’t like some of the big box retailers where you walk in and you’re afraid they gonna try to sell you everything under the sun. The gentleman who helped me was super quick and super helpful. He immediately remove the nail from my tire I don’t think I was in this lobby for more than 10 minutes from start to finish. Definitely support your local small businesses like this one!
