The employees are really nice super understanding and very helpful but the manager herself she is very rude has no respect for her customers. And on a number of occasions, has she gotten ignorant with me they need to replace her with a manager who actually likes doing their job because for someone to be so disrespectful to people who bring money to their store is way out-of-pocket. I’ve worked in retail fast food, and never in my life, and I had somebody be so ignorant to me the way she was.

Furniture that I requested was not available, but appeared as available on the site. The day they were supposed to come to deliver the furniture no one came. I had to call them and they said oh we don’t have enough delivery people. They rescheduled my delivery, I called the day before to confirm and they said we still need your paystub‘s and a lease agreement. Mind you this would have been three weeks and they never requested this and I told them I own my home I do not lease it. The then sent a follow-up email again asking me for A lease agreement. The day they were supposed to deliver the furniture, they didn’t come or call and said it was because they didn’t receive a lease agreement, I own my home!

My card has been over charged, and no one seems to know what’s going on. Auto pay has been charging my card every week and I hadn’t even received the furniture at this point. I don’t understand how I can be charged for items that aren’t even in my possession yet.

My sales person/customer service, associate or manager whoever she was I cannot remember her name off the top of my head right now she did my rental agreement please for the love of God, give her a raise! Communicated, stayed in contact very helpful and very informative with great advice and suggestions! Really helped a hard job that I thought was impossible happen. Super grateful.

I tried renting an e bike for over two weeks now , they kept telling me they would call me back in a few min and never would, I finally get the bike and it doesn’t work at all and I didn’t get a copy of the rental agreement when delivered , been texting with one of the sales associates and she seems helpful but when I called the store the manager once again said they would call and of course they haven’t she also hung up on me without saying your welcome or goodbye after I said thank u, I felt like she was to busy to talk to me and didn’t care much. Now I have an e bike sitting at my house that I paid for that doesn’t work , I’ve been texting the young lady who dropped it off and they haven’t even responded after they said they would get back to try and fix the problem. If I don’t get a refund I will be reporting this location to the BBB and going to court. I’m sorry I ever did business with this place

I told them I get paid every 2 weeks told them when my paydays are but they try taking the payment on the off weeks then I have to deal with the harassment of them pounding on my door to take my washer and dryer back for being a day late.....they even terminated the agreement without telling me

All I can say is , I should’ve listened to a friend of mine when they told me not to get anything from them…. You can’t miss a payment… I mean 1 day late and there hunting you down…I’m almost done paying for my merchandise soooo all the times that I made my payments on time isn’t good enough to cut me some slack, Geez! !!! Never again and I’m keeping my merchandise for the stress and anxiety they put me through for missing 1 payment. Don’t do it if your thinking about it
