Haven’t seen a mortgage statement in over a year despite several requests. Used to be a good place to bank, not anymore.

You all gave me peace of mind and I am grateful.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Some adult supervision is clearly needed here. I mailed original documents only to asked for the same information again! How pathetic!!

Had a bad experience a couple days ago but was contacted by the branch manager Bree for a follow up and she was the best. She made sure I was heard, apologized for the service I had and explained to me the policy and procedure. If you have any issues please ask to speak or get in touch with Bree. She is very professional and realistic. It was a pleasure speaking with her and glad I had the opportunity for her to hear me out and to hear her out as well.

Worst banking experience ever. Fraud 3 times, 3 new cards just within the past year. Then somehow someone was able to still use one of my old card numbers to charge my account for $90. Which put this account in the negative. Due to the situations with fraud and my card being locked for several weeks at a time I started to use a separate bank account so I don’t keep much at secu. So I go in to close my accounts, one had $0, the other $59. After being informed that I can’t close them because I have a credit card I decided to just take my cash out of my account. This is where it gets really strange. The little weasel behind the counter gives me a check for $49 from my checking. Says the other $10 has to stay to keep the account “open” which I did not like that idea and decided to just keep everything the way it was as if I had never walked in. So the kid at the counter takes the $49 check back and re-deposited it to my checking account. Now my checking account says $49. And he has no explanation for where my other 10 went. He said it probably went to the savings account to keep the savings account open. But when I open my savings account, they made me put $10 in and I have never been able to take it out. Then the Twinkie eating manager comes over just to tell me figure out where my money went on my own. Still have no explanation for what happened to my $10. steer clear of this bank and especially the little weasel at the front desk

Popped in this weekend for a replacement Debit card. Front receptionist was very welcoming. I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Ms. Breanna, she was a professional cheerful delight. In a world were everything is done on-line, it's nice to be able to get help from an actual person. I APPRECIATE ALL THE ESSENTIAL WORKERS AT BANK !!!! Thank you for all that you do to help make banking easier ?

If i could leave 0 I would. Have been a member for as long as I could remember and the disappoint I have with this bank is truly disheartening. Youve lost a customer based on fabrication, deception and downright lack of morals. But thats to be expected with a place like this. I wouldn't set up and account with. Secu ever if i were you. When you think its all glits and glam, they will end up letting you down eventually. Have a blessed one :)!

I went to this branch twice and I found the customer service to be great. The staff are pleasant, professional, and attentive. I’ve been a SECU member for 14 years and intend to remain so because good customer service is hard to come by these days.

I came to this location to deposit two checks at the drive thru window. I was greeted by Seena (spelling ?). First and foremost from the start of the transaction I asked her a question which she responded in the lowest tone of underneath of an accent that was hard enough to understand. She acted almost as if she was being bothered at the end of her shift and she was ready to go which is understandable just don’t show it. At the end of the transaction she asked me if I had any other questions in which I asked her to hold on as I was reviewing the receipt. When I looked up to asked her a question she already left the screen and I was like omg, this lady left me in a black screen. It was obvious that she wasn’t trying to be there . This was so rude, I started to press the button and tell her how rude she was but I couldn’t give this lady my energy today. I’m seriously contemplating leaving SECU, the one thing I can’t stand is poor customer service.

Despite being short staffed at times and very busy they make sure to address all of your personal banking concerns before you leave and don't rush you through the process. Ariel was extremely helpful and informative when advising me on purchasing CDs. I prefer this SECU branch whenever I need to go in person. The staff there makes you feel like your business is important to them and I appreciate that !?

Avoid this branch at all costs! Especially Angela! She does not know how to do her job and should not be working on loans at all! Also their interest rates and gap insurance is WAY higher / More expensive than other credit unions.. do NOT get a loan from SECU!

They have gone down hill since they removed tellers from the branches and replaced them remote operators.
