Opened a bank account in January 2020. Worked with the branch manager. Was told the next day that I could not keep the account because I was not incorporated in MD. But they knew that before I opened the account. It is three months later and they only sent me a bank statement showing zero balance (after they debited my initial deposit) but have not refunded my deposit yet. And three months later, they still have not responded to my complaint that I made with the bank regulator. I think this bank is from the caveman days and lacks basic sophistication needed to be a bank.

AM Ann Marie Stasch, the tellers and everyone at this small but warm, efficient branch does everything one can to help customers. They know us by name and often go out of their way in order to assist us. I really appreciate the excellent service I receive there.

I literally cannot stand to be with this bank anymore, currently looking at other options. I can't tell you how many times I've gone at night without dinner because I have plenty of money in my account but for some reason they locked my card out and no one is at the bank because it's closed and I can't contact anybody about it until the next day, and usually this happens in conveniently on a Sunday. I can't handle it anymore, this bank really needs Revisions to their system. I'd rather pay fees at this point.

Great people here. The bank itself is a little behind the times on technology but much nicer to deal with than the large national chains. Hours are decent and the drive up window is nice to use. Tellers are knowledgeable and personable.
