Sofar I only encounter friendly and helpful employees. Since I just walk in I expect to have to wait for my number to be called. But don't you have to wait everywhere you go.

Was surprised to be in and out very quickly! Had spent hours on phone with no results, only a promise they would call me back within 2 hours. Which they never did.
