Went in today for new phones and the store manager, JJ, was incredibly helpful. He didn’t miss a beat getting us setup and was super thorough, all while helping his team with any questions they had. Thanks JJ!

T-Mobile, Unlock my device!I was a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. I brought 5 family members to T-Mobile and did not receive one Family&Friends anything. My service was recently suspended because of a bill I was unable to pay. Before I could pay the past due balance, another month's bill became due. I feel like I wasn't given enough time to pay before T-Mobile completely separated ties with me. My past due balance was due in addition to 2 of the 5 devices I hadn't paid off before my service was completely disconnected in less than a month. I'm not disputing the fact that I owe but how does my past due balance for service cause me to not be able to use devices that I've paid off prior to my suspension and termination??? That doesn't make any sense. Unlock my devices that I've paid off.

Today I had the worst experience with the store manager Aaron. He seemed like he didnt wanted to help me or my wife. I told him the wanted a new phone, he did not need to figure out what good customer service is. He didn't even let me finish talking before he started walking away to thr door to get in tht back of store. I said one more thing. He said I assume you don't want the lavender one. I said not me but my.... I asked is there a deposit. His response was be right back. Spits out a price when he comes back them what are we gonna do. I remember thr many times we have gone to Tmobile never have I ever experienced this madness. I told him give me a sec. He says we'll cab I help her while you think a sec. He gave the lady the best hello and greeting was very nice to her. I will not go back here. I will drive to the Tmobile a but further away. They have much better customer service.

Shady service. Went in for an upgrade, was told there were no deals for my trade in, but website said otherwise. They found me a “deal” because I was a Sprint customer that had merged over and was told my bill will stay the exact same. I was surprised when my bill came out $250 more than my original bill. I had to go through multiple customer service agents with T mobile to fix my bill. Luckily, T Mobiles customer service is wonderful, even knocked my bill $50 cheaper than my starting price. Looking at the reviews this happens quite frequently here.

Danielle helped me and scammed me raising my bill and left mid way through transferring my phone to smoke a cigarette out front!! Abdul was the only helpful person in there as he finished my transfer when she left. Awful store environment and staff who lies to get sales

So all waiting with a full store I heard the boss say that he was going on a 2-hour break and leaving one employee with two new hires. And the line just got longer and the man in front of me was like not being helped And you can see he was being nice but like struggling. The customer I left and I'm going to a different location just avoid this location a waste of time edit to say He said two new hires but I only saw one other person there actually helping people besides the veteranbesides the veteran

MetroPCS don't get me wrong with really well but 14 Mabel representing MetroPCS this should have better deals phones service and overall community support that's all.

Went to upgrade my iPhone 11. Staff not very helpful. Advised I would pay cash for new phone with trade in. They said only with a monthly pay option. Gave me no other options.
