I love this target I lost my phone at this target me and my friend were stressed out and we asked the workers if they had seen it under 5 minutes they found it and they got the phone so fast and we were satisfied we really love the costumer service to. 100/10 would recommend to everyone. Once again only 1 register open. This Target is always terrible when staffing registers store full of goods to purchase but you’ll have to wait 10 min in 1 line to purchase 🫠 corporate come on pay staff to work! You put a sign on self check out 10 or less..
You took away the Target app dollars the perk for shipping g here instead of The grocery store …

Every time I go, there’s only one cashier & self checkout is blocked off. I used to love going to Target in the mornings & now it’s just frustrating. Spending so much time shopping only to get to checkout & seeing a huge line then having to either abandon cart or stand there in line forever being annoyed that self checkout is closed really ruins a Target trip.

I usually have a good experience at the store, but the cashier was so rude to me and I went to Customer service and they could care less. They said they would pass it along. They didn’t even get my information so then I called the 800 number to complain about my experience and that wasn’t much better.

Lazy workers don’t order pick up. I placed an order and majority of it was “out of stock”. Walked in there and EVERYTHING was in stock. When i confronted the worker they just said “oh”. Pathetic. Minimum wage workers who deserve the pay they get. Losers.

everytime i come to customer service i have huge problems. they are not nice or trying to help at all. It’s ALWAYS someone new and somehow the manager is always on break too.
me: “Hi! I would like to exchange these items they all came by mail damaged.”
“ok”
“would you like it back on your visa?”
me: “can we exchange them for the products in my cart?”
“no”…. just no. no explanation or anything
me: “um ok… can i buy these items here then.”
“i guess..”
she then proceeded to scan the items i returned!!! i told her those are the returned items and she says i handed them to her to scan…
i asked to use my one card and she already processed it on another card. so i asked to switch the cards because that’s not what i wanted and she got upset and just stared at me!!
i then asked what can we do then?
she sighed and said i have to return the items again. i said ok can we do that because again that’s not the card i wanted to use. you should have waited and asked me….
she then scans all the items and PUSHES them towards me and makes my items fall to the ground and doesn’t say a THING when i told her they’re falling. she just looks at me dumbfounded!

This target used to be one of the best in the area, now it sucks. It’s a mess, self checkout is often closed and if it is they’ll only have one cashier.
