Worst customer service experience. The Target in Glen Burnie accepted my online curbside pickup store order. A few hours later, I received an email that the item was no longer available. So, I canceled the item. Target processed the cancellation but did not issue a credit. Instead, I was told by Target toll-free customer service to wait the 10 days until the credit card authorization hold releases.In addition, Target charged my credit card a separate random $.40 charge which is still pending.Target has just lost a long-time, high-spending customer. I will never shop there again.

I put an order before 6 pm, I figured that by time I left from Curtis bay, @ 6;45, that when I got there I would have my order ready! It's already bad enough that I am homeless, and disabled , and All I wanted to do is get some frozen dinners, and to hotel , relax and take my medicine, get some rest! But no I sat in my car from 7:05 pm til 8:45pm, and still order my ready, was not ready, and it wasn't that busy at all ! I think it is totally sorry that some people just don't this society, no one cares, but themselves! want to work, do the job as it should be! I called several times, and no one ever answered that phone! When Drove by you could see people just standing around doing absolutely! nothing !This is what we come to in this society! No One cares about nothing!

This is one of the cleanest targets in annarundle County + i noticed they are hard working people appreciate what they do for other people check out staff communicates very nice with people also are very sweet+i also noticed there cart people are amazing they work hard make sure we can grab a cart and they greet me as I walk in + every time I drive up for pickup they ask me how I am and tell me have a good day when they give me my bag this is my store

Our cashier named Carl was amazing. He was kind and courteous, while also managing his job appropriately. We are new to the Maryland area, and he made us feel welcomed. If it were up to us, we’d love to see him get a raise for his hard work. Carl made our first visit very special, and we will be returning again.

Second store in a row that Target's website showed having a laptop I want. Second store in a row that DID NOT HAVE IT. Total waste of time. Don't trust their website about in-store inventory. Call first, or better yet, go somewhere else.

The store is always in clean condition the staff and store workers are very polite and very helpful when you need them to be and everything is very well stocked I like it here I do a lot of shopping here

The staff is always pleasant and the store is always neat. I don't like that only self checkout is open when going there at 9 am. I don't want to make a purchase and work. If the store opens at 8, there should be at least one cashier to assist customers.

Probably the best target in the Anne Arundel county area ! This place is probably the largest as well it has everything from groceries to household items, clothing ,and there about to have a new Ulta Cosmetics and of course a Starbucks!! Its super clean and well stocked!! I love it!!

Using my WIC card and older lady was very rude. I told her I was using my card and she gave me a side eye and nothing else. I knew items I got WERE wic approved but she made no such actions to try and help me get that resolved. she said they are busy and can go to customer service. I asked her what was not approved and she gave me an attitude saying I have no idea I don’t have the receipt. Just wish employees were more knowledgeable on WIC rather than sticking them on the register.

Starbucks inside of target could use a little bit more staff/Help. Waited 45 minutes for a grande shaken espresso. I was the only customer.

Store pickup was easy and quick. Quality of items and ease of shopping is fantastic. Love having real store interactions vs only online ordering and shipping options. Service at Target is amazing and all the employees are exceptional!

I really like this target. The customer service has been exceptional in my experience. This price match guarantee was a bonus for me. I've ordered pick up multiple times and always had items in stock. I'll be back.

No one answers the phone.. had some time sensitive questions about electronics, called 3 times within a 1 hour time span and never got a answer. Called guest services as well and guess what... no answer..
