I ordered and paid for a laptop online for pickup at the store. When I arrived to pick it up, I found out the order had been cancelled just before I got there. The store didn't have it even though the website said they did. Either there's a problem with Target's e-commerce website or this store isn't doing their job of keeping their inventory up to date. Something is wrong with the system and they wasted my time.Other gripes:- Grocery section is on the opposite end of the entrance. Inconvenient.- To pick up an order you have to get in the returns and exchange line where there were a bunch of people returning things. Inconvenient.- There were only 4 self service registers and there was a line for them. Only one manned register was open, while two employees yucked it up at a closed register. GrrFAIL

The store itself is nice and clean ambit the parking lot to the one side of the building is always full with people just hanging out. It's like the have NO WHERE ELSE to go and party but this parking lot. If you are shopping at this target don't go when it gets dusk cause that's when it starts. You may think it's just a couple of people and you park your car in that area and then when you come out from shopping it's crazy. It's worse on weekends.

I've only been to this Target once or twice before, but I did my grocery shopping there today. They have a very nice selection and they keep the shelves stocked. I'll definitely be back

No stars are the most appropriate for this store. The CVS pharmacist at this location are the worst. They arrive late and with a very bad attitude and demeanor. Be warned ⚠️

I was there on Sunday and was in awe of the state of the store, it was a disaster. I needed help finding a product, I looked up the location on the app and it was not there. I used the price check kiosk where you can request a team member, no one came after the request timed out around 4 times. I tried calling customer service 3 times while in the store for the phone to go unanswered. I had to walk all the way up to the registers to ask for help and the employee sent me to the wrong area, I asked if anyone could go with me and I was told no. just terrible customer service would expert from their competitor, but not Target. No wonder the stock is down this year.

Pretty let down because I went in to buy some pants and the dressing room was shut down. There was a girl sitting there looking at her phone. Their dressing room area looked terrible and gave the appearance that the store management did not care about their job or the brand. Neither pair of the pants fit and now I have to waste more time and return them. This store has fallen to the crime culture of the surrounding area.

OK, so after reading some of the reviews from African Americans who visited this location and left with a biased and unpleasant experience, I realize my experience was just another drop in the bucket. I was a regular here for many years and I've noticed a huge shift in the interaction received at the service desk, especially when you request assistance from management. I visited this location with my 2 boys on September 3rd 2023 to EXCHANGE a white 5 shelf bookcase and return a wine bottle opener. I had a receipt for the bottle opener but not a PHYSICAL RECEIPT for the shelf. I shop here REGULARLY so I'm aware of the policy based on my experience. I did not want money back...I just wanted to exchange the shelf for the exact same after some malfunctions with the shelf I had while attempting to put it together. I received a gift card for the bottle opener...cool...I asked for a gift card for the shelf as well since I only wanted to swap it for another. I was told no because my ID was scanned too many times it would not allow me to exchange the shelf. I ALWAYS either have a receipt or use my bank card to scan for the purchase so how could that be...and I just wanted another shelf. I asked for manager assistance. Maybe the cashier just needed help. The manager comes up named Jessica and INSTANTLY gives me a cold shoulder assertive look. I told her I just need to exchange the shelf for another. Her response was "I'm not going to do that." WOW...this is your leadership???? Absolutely zero customer service or people skills. I asked why and she said I don't have the receipt and I maxed returns without one. That made zero sense because again I nearly ALWAYS use my card and geesh when did that even become a thing, I even had my receipt for the bottle opener but she still scanned my ID so how does that work??? She never even ASKED for any other details such as do you have the card you used to purchase it...guess who had to mention it???? Me! Why because her biasedness prevented her from believing the little brown girl with the nappy locs in her hair could of EVER had a card or made a legitimate purchase from Target! She showed zero desire to service me in a friendly and pleasant fashion that says we value you as a customer. I had to stop her and say "What do you need from me?" Her response...a receipt...I said how about the card? She says oh you have a cars? She proceeded to take it from me and I said No...I insert it here...right? She then attempts to process my gift card I declined and stated no just give me a refund and I'll go where my business is welcomed. It's sad that this is what this location had come to. I believe it has EVERYTHING to do with race because the customers behind me got smile and laughter. You can't tell me my request for what should have been a simple exchange ruined your day to the point you couldn't display your best customer service skills...you know...the skills you gave the folks behind me...however. I'm returning to Walmart because if I'm gonna receive lower than quality customer service I might as well save while I'm doing it. ??♀️ I came there for the customer service I USED to get but since that is gone so am I and my contribution to your daily sales goal. I called to report this to customer service and requested a call from management to follow up in this experience to which hasn't happened so as mentioned...I'll be certain customers like me know this is happening at this location and apparently management can care less. That explains the behavior from Jessica on that day.

They never answer the phone here. Plus, I returned a product and I never received a refund. Plus, Target Debit card services sent me a letter saying I owe them for the product I returned. I'm never shopping at Target again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think you're good at helping automatic cashiers. You seem too troublesome to just take security tags, and your attitude towards customers is too cold. I'm a foreigner Is that why? ? Is the target declination? to work clerk? I took off the security tag, but when I got home and opened the product, the security tag was still attached! I had to make time for you and go to the store again!

Put your merchanise where it belongs and stop trying to charge me more money for coming in the store and picking it myself. I ordered what I wanted elsewhere while in store, since you wanted to have the price $5 more than whats listed on your own website. They will have it at my door for the same price with no shipping. Its almost like you want to ruin your business.

The remodeling of the store makes it harder to find items. Too much space is now given to liquor instead of food.

Did I walk into a mall forever21 or a target?! This place looks like it got hit by a tornado. Messes EVERYWHERE! I couldn't beleive my eyes. I have never walked in to a target looking like this and during check out when an associate asked if I found everything ok during check out, I asked him to relay my feedback to a manager and he said I wasn't the first to complain about it! Usually this target is half way decent but I won't be returning anytime soon.

Been tryna call for 4 hrs to ask about a return.. not 1 person from either section will answer.. I go there finally and there all standing there talking to eachother and on there cell phone.nobody at register and phone ringing off the hook..sad and then they wonder why soon machines will take over.. to see a employee sitting there on cell phone and not answer the phone that’s rite next to them is sad and poor service ..
