Staff was professional and event went very smoothly. The food was okay, guest did complain about the chicken served. The chicken was either overcooked or undercooked. All and all, the venue did a great job.

I didn't have a good experience. They were rude to everyone especially the elder. If it's a open bar you don't get to chose when you gonna open and close it. I walked by and heard the staff talking negative about the party. No napkins or plates (ran out) when guest asked for more they rushed them out of there face. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just horrible. I don't feel they deserve no stars but it won't let you post without selecting one. 😡

This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. I had my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and my family and friends loved it. I want to thank the coordinator who was so helpful throughout this process. I will book this venue again.

The facility and customer service are awesome. We used their catering service for heavy appetizers and the food was excellent. When using the bar services, the customer service was excellent; however, it was extremely difficult getting recommendations for how much alcohol was needed. They actual charge $50 for this list! There was no opportunity to decrease the number of guest at the 30 day final count.

Loved talking with the staff here. They are very knowledgeable and bale to give advice during the planning process. The hall is BEAUTIFUL even without decor, spacious and a huge plus that the parking garage is across is free.99 24/7. Thank you Natasha for being patient and answering all our questions!

Business and scheduling was a terrible experience. I Scheduled a visit to see The Grand Ballroom, LLC. I drove two hrs and left a massage , No call and No show from the owner . But was quick to send prices for venue. Then lied and said they was there waiting on me. When that simple wasnt the case. I don't appreciate this .

The Grand Ballroom's beauty is only matched by the wonderful customer service we received during our event. Beautiful flooring, amazing chandeliers and lighting, clean bathrooms and an inspiring bridal suite...the attributes are endless. I will recommend to all my wedding and event clients!
