This place is WONDERFUL!! I wish I could detail my own truck again, but Having problems with hands/shoulder/back ect, it hold be back. The wax shop made my truck look better than new. I can't remember if I've ever seen my truck look so amazing. I will definitely be back at least once a month or every other month. The price is also amazing. Alot cheaper than anyone I've ever seen.

Having medical problems with hands/shoulder/back, ect, it's hard to detail my own truck. I'm so happy I found "The Wax Shop". They're freaking amazing. My truck has never looked this good. It didn't look this awesome when I first bought it. Being a disabled vet, this truck was a gift to myself and my beautiful wife. I never thought I would ever own something like this in my life. When I bought it,I almost cried lol because of how much it was lol and how beautiful it was. I almost dropped a tear agin when I can to pick up my truck. It was sooo beautiful, and I just couldn't believe how amazing it turned out. I was also extremely amazed at the price they charge. I've never seen or heard of any high-end detail shop charge the prices they do. I was blown away at how reasonable they're. I will definitely only take my truck to " The Wax Shop" from now on. One more thing, the owner and staff are absolutely amazing and kindhearted. It's hard to find people like that now days, but I'm glad I have. Thank yall so much.

Excellent work on my wife's 2014 Expedition Eddie Bauer edition. We've owed this truck for nearly 8 years, and after The Wax Shop did the Showroom Package and the truck looked better than it did the day we bought it. This truck has over 150K miles on it, and it looks practically brand new inside and out. The wife was head over heels with delight when she saw her truck when I brought it home to her. Highly recommended to get your vehicle looking like new again. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Running a business is hard but when you blow off your returning customers, you make it harder. Needless to say I won't return.Handling customer concerns. The owner was dismissive from the start. In fact, he initiated the conversation "Wassup" and "Yeah." Generally, when approaching your customer you ask, "How may I help you?" or "Hi, I hear you have a concern." Simple. So we started on the wrong foot because it was clear, even at 0950am in the morning, he was not interested in dealing with customers.Deflect at all costs. I asked given the date of the cleaning does he have an accountability system that can tell us what technician cleaned my vehicle. This was two weeks ago, though he was also not able to tell me 6 days after the cleaning either. After watching his admin sift through countless of stacked papers, it was clear there was no employee accountability system. This is problematic when an issue with an vehicle arises. To compound this shortfall further, is that the owner chooses to deflect and deny any possible wrongs. "Why didn't you say something when you drove off the lot?" Well, my car was drenched in shiny oils, which the owner claims is just a conditioner. So after two nights of rain (8-9 Sep), the conditioner ran off and what do you know, damage to my plastic fender was revealed. When I showed the damage, the owner nonchalantly shrugged his shoulder and said, "I don't know what to tell you. I've never seen this kind of thing in my 30 years of doing this."Cover it up and hush them away. The owner's approach was just to cover it up and hush me away. He proceeds to cover the damage by spraying more product onto the damage area and wiping it down. "It's going to come back," he says nonchalantly. My issue still remained, how did the damage happen to begin with. I asked him to check with his workers as I was really interested in what technique they are using that could have damaged my car. He denied my request once before finally giving in when I kept asking for him to speak to his workers. As they all huddled around him and walked back to my car, like soldiers they all denied ever seeing my car. They won't have to worry about the owner letting them go, because they stuck to the party line -- deny, deny, deflect.To unsuspecting customers considering this business. I won't tell you not to give them your business. That's for you to decide. I will leave you with a list to make sure your car is returned undamaged or at least you will have the necessary documentation to challenge the owner's deflect at all cost policy.1. Take pictures of all damage or imperfections on the car before you even take your car to THE WAX SHOP.2. Get the name (s) of the technician assigned to your car and take notice what workers are on site when you drop your car off. If they don't have name, take pictures of employees working on your car.3. If you have a car with plastic trim on your bumper or inside the interior doors, give explicit instructions not to use any conditioners, sprays, or oils to avoid discoloration. Steamers to these areas are also known to damage. Your best bet with this shop is to go simple inside the cabin of your car. The expertise is not at this shop for real detailing. This is really a souped up car wash center.4. Go easy with wax or any extra detailing packages. I can't stress that the car detailing expertise is not here. The operations are too focused on speed rather than attention-to-detail.5. When you pick up your car, bring a wet rag and go over the following areas and check: Bumpers, interior/exterior plastic trim, and inside windows.6. The next day, check your car again after hitting it with a rag in those areas above. They use lots of conditioner that leaves a gooey mess. This could be hiding damage caused during the cleaning of your car.7. If something goes wrong, don't expect the owner to own up to it. He will deny, deny, deflect, and/or cover it up. They deserve every single 5/5 rating here. Everyone was so friendly and professional. We got the royal treatment and it definitely felt like it. I wish I had some before and after pictures but the work was amazing ?. The engine bay was so clean I forgot this car even had a front stabilizer lol! The outside wash was spotless. The inside wash was just as amazing. They can't work miracles on the steering wheel and rims but you can tell they definitely gave it a try. Very affordable price for such a great job. Thank you for making my wife's birthday very special.

I've been going to the Wax Shop for a few years. They've detailed my Grand Caravan, Santa Fe, and my wife's car as well. Overall they do a good job and if you point out something that got overlooked, they correct it right away. However, one thing that always seems to get missed is the line of dirt at the top edges of the door glass. The glass gets cleaned, but they never crack the window to clean that line of dirt.

The Wax Shop is amazing!! My Jeep looked like it came off the showroom floor! They have good prices and great people. When you pick it up an employee walks out with you and makes sure everything is to your liking. Definitely recommend!

I bought the ‘Complete detail’ package for my SUV and was very happy with it. Was able to call and get it scheduled for the next week and my interior was spotless afterward. I would use them again.

I originally found this business as a detailing gift to my boyfriend for his car after moving, and was impressed by the results so I did the same for my car. I got the 'complete detail' package because my interior needed more TLC than the exterior. The interior is now spotless- money well spent.

I have a 2009 Mini Cooper I purchased from auction house. Car was from NY and paint looked old. After full clay wash and wax job by Mike the car looks like a new car. Very happy with the service. I will have my other cars done.Services: Steam cleaning

I don't think they really need this review because it seems that every customer is theirs loves them. I am a new customer. I am so happy with the job they did in my car. I was almost in years seeing how beautiful it looked. I know they worked hard and it shows. It was well with the money (which really want that much for the job they did). We will definitely be going back and referring everyone we know.

Definitely revitalized my ten year old car that probably hadn't been washed for years! Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for a solid deep clean inside and out.

The Wax Shop did an amazing job detailing my car! I have 2 Golden Retrievers that love parks so you can only imagine the hair and sand that was in my car. I don’t think my car was this clean when I bought it. Will definitely be using them again!

I called around and they gave me the best price, by far. Alexa(is) did a fantastic job cleaning my SUV inside and out. They listened to my concerns and offered recommendations on my best options. I highly recommend The Wax Shop!
