“Wonderful customer service!!!! I discovered a screw in my tire yesterday and my husband and I drove to Gillette to see if it would require a repair. “My husband and I were into the second day of a 2 day drive when the right front car wheel sounded like something was scraping. Thinking the worst, bad brake or bad wheel bearing, we pulled off the interstate and into the Glen Bernie Bay Area Tire and Service. Without any waiting a mechanic drove the car a little, put it on the lift and found a dent in the wheel dust shroud. The simple fix was to tap out the dent. He also checked the brakes and wheel and they were fine. We were very grateful for the immediate attention and reassurance and the kindness of everyone in the shop.”

“My son's gf ran over a trash bag filled with some kind of netting. The bag and netting got wrapped all around her driveshaft and gearbox and started melting and smoking.. She pulled into H R's parking lot as my son and I came to help get it removed.The guy in the garage came out and gave us a small sawsall (yes it was that badly wrapped around the driveshaft). He took a lot of the trash as we pulled it off and provided us a trash bag for when we finally (about 30 minutes later) got the rest off. He was a nice guy and we all appreciated him helping us out.”

“Went here today, Sunday morning 7/30/2023 and was helped right away! I’ve had an issue with my tire leaking air for a couple weeks. I’ve taken the car to a few other shops who told me that nothing was wrong with the tire so I decided to try Matt’s and within 2 minutes they found 2 holes in the tire which I was shown and were able to replace the tire with a new one! This shop is great!! Highly recommend!!”
