“Went to this location on 9/13/2026 to have my flat tire patched. Mr. I. Brown was working alone answering phones while providing good customer service.
He should not have been alone but he was and despite this was kind and got the work done.”
“Gillette Tire Distributors provided us with two inner tire patches that three other local shops said couldn't be addressed. The price for one patch and one patch with plug came to $56, an excellent price.
The process was quick and the employees we interacted with were professional and friendly. Excellent service and we appreciated they fixed what other shops weren't able to address.”

“My son's gf ran over a trash bag filled with some kind of netting. The bag and netting got wrapped all around her driveshaft and gearbox and started melting and smoking.. She pulled into H R's parking lot as my son and I came to help get it removed.The guy in the garage came out and gave us a small sawsall (yes it was that badly wrapped around the driveshaft). He took a lot of the trash as we pulled it off and provided us a trash bag for when we finally (about 30 minutes later) got the rest off. He was a nice guy and we all appreciated him helping us out.”

They patched the hole where a giant screw was, charge me $21 and sent me on my way. I’ll be coming back here for services in the future.”

“I had a flat tire on I 95, en route to the Jersey Shore. My car was towed to Just Tires in Glen Burnie. When I arrived with the tow truck, I was informed that they did not have my size tire in stock. Service Advisor, Zach Wheatley, gave me a list of other nearby tire stores to see if they could help me. When he saw that none of the other stores had my tire in stock either, he sent one of his guys to the tire warehouse to get the tire I needed. I was so grateful for his help and getting me back on the road again. Mr. Wheatley provided extra customer service! Thank you! 😊”

One I had an apt for and the other one happened on the way home with the alternate vehicle and he was able to squeeze that one in too. He gave me all of my options for both vehicles and provided recommendations as well for which tires I should get. I want Costco to know he went above and beyond today and provided exceptional service!”
