Bought a grill online May 4th - said pick up by end of day the 6th. Today at 9:07 I get an email saying thanks for picking up your order. My phone was charging so I didn’t see it until 10:30. I call the store and the manager, Shea, says that it was an error done by corporate and that no one in the store scanned the grill out. She puts me on hold and during the hold I get an email saying my order has been refunded. Shea comes back on the phone saying she “just” got a notification saying that it was refunded. Obviously she did it while on hold. So I’m out of the money I paid for the grill until I get a refund. I call corporate and they tell me there’s notes under the order saying my husband picked it up at 9:02 am which Shea did not mention to me and she had said on the phone “I have the grill right next to me”. No clue why there is a need to lie about making a mistake but it caused me a huge headache. Obviously will never shop at this store again. But the customer service rep was really nice!

I ended up at my local Glen Burnie store and didn’t have my wallet. The local customer service is always on point.
I’m grateful that they knew me and they helped me through the check out process with my Tractor Supply membership account.
Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!

The baby chicks and ducks are in poor condition. The hold bins are filthy and have 1 inch of wet poop filled bedding. One duck it so sick, all its feathers are missing and is stuck on its back.

We have and foster bunnies for a rescue. With lots of little mouths to feed this place has allowed us to continue to foster more with our savings. Great staff and customer service.

This place is good and convenient. Many options for kids as well, as far as clothing and shoes. Home decor as well.
