Just wanted to take a moment to recognize Brandi at the front desk—she’s a total Girl Boss! Today, the office was packed with people waiting to check in and out, and Brandi handled it all with calm, professionalism, and a smile.
Not only was she managing her own line, but she was also guiding coworkers through issues with clear explanations and patience. She kept everyone informed and engaged, even under pressure.
This isn’t a one-time thing—I see her going above and beyond every visit, helping patients, doctors, and teammates alike. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and always cheerful.
Brandi, you clearly love what you do and it shows. Thanks for making every interaction a bright spot in my day!

They do not answer the phone in this doctor's office. They do not return the phone calls within 24 hours like the answering machine says they will. Hadn't even returned the phone call after 53 hours! Have been so sick and cannot reach anyone to make an appointment. Have to physically drive to the office and go to the desk to try to get an appointment and then they can't fit you in and send you to urgent care. I have called the president and CEO never got past her secretary Julia. I have left messages on the cell phone of Michelle managing this particular site. No return phone call. I have multiple autoimmune diseases two of which are quite serious. What good is a doctor's office when you cannot get through to them? I actually sat in the waiting room last week and called the desk. The phone never rang. It brought me directly to the automated message stating all representatives were with other patients. Untrue. I was sitting right there. The two and a half hours I was in that office the phone never rang one time. Where are calls being directed? Everyone does not have My Chart or access to it and regardless, a patient is supposed to be able to call the office of their primary care and leave a message or make an appointment. There are constant excuses for this issue, (short staffed, new phone system, many many calls on the voicemail). You hire more people, you make sure your phone system is in perfect working order before you launch it and if there are that many calls in the voicemail obviously no one is attending to the cause as they come in. Take care of that and you won't have these issues. This is not like standing in line at Walmart, this is a doctor! I was in healthcare for 22 years and this is just appalling. There is absolutely no excuse and no reason for this kind of inaccessibility. You're supposed to be able to trust your primary care and they're supposed to be within reach. That is absolutely not the case in this office. Miserable operation practices. For the most part, I like my doctor but this office and it's practices are going to kill someone. I have other physicians on the BWMC campus and have no problem reaching the podiatrist, the endocrinologist, the surgeon. Only this office.

Once you have an appointment everything is great. They're phone system is the worst I've ever experienced. It doesn't matter when you call, it's going to take several calls to reach anyone at the front desk. Right now I'm on call #6 where I've been put on hold only to be hung up on. This is after I've given up on previous days after repeatedly trying to get in touch. What good is a doctor's office if they make it impossible to contact them or follow up on anything?

Doctor Eversley is the best! She truly cares for her patients and is always responsive to questions and concerns. I would give her 6 stars if possible.

Dr. Saade is a thorough dr but the staff member by the name of Janice is very rude. I was cut off and dismissed. I wasnt rude at all and there is no reason to be with clients.
