The employees here are always so kind, hard-working, and patient. The store is clean and has everything you need to ship items! I recommend this UPS location to everyone.

In my personal experience it's easy for me to make Amazon returns, the employees are not so communicative but I understand they have a lot of work and must be efficient

Had to ship an order back to retailers out of state. Employees were fast and efficient. Very helpful and friendly. Feel very secure package will arrive quickly.

Just came from this store with T-Mobile equipment return. I fwd'd the email with the shipping label and the man who helped me knew to also print the page to put inside the box - and then print the label. So grateful for this attention to detail (and his experience!) for a seamless experience. Thank you!! ?

So I just did an Amazon return. I have done many. I normally prefer UPS. I gave the Employee Eric my Amazon return in its original box. He said he won’t do a return unless I buy a bag to put the box into. I have lived in 10 different states and have used UPS in all of those states. Normally they are great to work with. This location absolutely not. Rude employee 123130. Also being charged for a bag I clearly did not need.

I use this store about 10 times a month for ship outs and while the store itself is nice the arrogant young man behind the counter every morning is not. I have never in my life of 60 years met such a miserable young person. If it takes any effort at all to be friendly to your clientele then you’re in the wrong business. I’m a friendly guy alway trying to make small talk but today took the cake. I said to him I’ll bet you’re busy as heck this time of year…. His response was “ WHAT DO YOU THINK”. Well here’s what I think and that is you saw me here for the last time because I’ll ship FedEx one parking lot over. If your the owner reading this… these negative reviews about this employee are ongoing and the owner does his same old reply about emailing him about the time and date you were in the store so he knows what employee it is I guess….. He knows he just doesn’t value his customers.good luck.

Literally just left out of this store 8:50 this morning. There were 2 ppl ahead of me. Both greeted to the cashier whom never returned the greeting. Just “how may I help you”. Finally my turn. So I say good morning, of course no greeting, no personality, just stale and agitated, how may I help u. As I’m pulling up my scan code I’m telling him why I’m here, him in that same stale, uninviting voice “u should have a code!” Ummm I know sir, that’s exactly what I’m pulling up for u to scan…. Errr, I totally HATE bad service. It’s too early to start the day this way!

I have come to this location multiple times to make returns. Sometimes it goes off without a hitch, but if there is anything, and I mean anything, out of the norm with my return I have to leave and figure out a solution myself. The staff I have dealt with do the bare minimum that is required in the role. I have much preferred my experience at locations with staff members who seek to assist with problem solving. If you have any questions or doubts that you have everything exactly as needed for your business here, I recommend trying a different location if possible.

The young staff members were very very rude and inconsiderate. They let me know clearly that they were ready to leave without allowing me to finish my transaction or helping me find a resolution to my situation. It was a really demeaning experience. I won't be going back there.

Here are the steps for returning an Amazon package:It must be in a sealed bag or box and you either need to have the return label printed or pay to have them print it for you.I had to come back four times because they can't give these very clear and simple instructions. Best of luck if you have to go here.

Terrible service, wouldn't take my prepaid package that CLEARLY stated to drop off at usps OR UPS. Will not be returning for future service. FedEx here I come.
