“Wow! What a great experience it was to buy not one but 2 cars from Jim in a week. When I had a young friend that needed a car, we happened upon Jim's online ad for a Honda. I had an unusual ask to get proper paperwork so I could obtain an EV tax credit when taxes are filed in Jan/February of 2024. Despite not getting many such requests, Tom and ownership made it happen and gave me the exact paperwork I was looking for.In regards to the sale experience--everything was advertised. Same price as on the website with nothing out of the usual in terms of fees. A free Carfax on the website to see what you're getting into along with a test drive and a 3k/3mo warranty for free.
