“We were pleased with the service and quality of the vehicle that we purchased from Autoleader. There is a reason why they have been around for over two decades. We look forward to coming back and purchasing another police interceptor for Saint Michael's Security.”

“My wife and I had a great experience working with Dimitri and Nicholas. The car was as described online and confirmed over the phone before we arrived. The price was fair, and they worked with our credit union to get the loan funded and we were able to drive the car home the same day. We live out of state and had to do an inspection. There was one issue that needed resolved for it to pass inspection, and they worked with us to get it resolved. I would definitely do business with them again and would have no problem referring people to them. They were knowledgable about the purchasing process, the out of state registration process and everything. They responded very quickly to help resolve the issue. Thank you, guys, for being honest and providing a great experience.”

“We've gone to Maven for many years. We've bought cars there and had them serviced there, always with a good outcome. And Eli will go the extra mile for you; he once brought me a jug of gas when I wasn't sure I could make it to the service station! Just adding a few words 8 years later. We still go to Maven, still get great service and the occasional new used car. We keep coming back for good reasons!”

“I purchased a car from this auto place 3 years ago. Great place to purchase a starter car. I had terrible credit when I went there, but Tim and Denny worked with me in getting the car I wanted. This car had a lot of miles on it but it’s still drive me we’re I need to go.They helped me with getting my car insured.I remembered it like it was yesterday I had a week before my bday. My daughter paid my down payment and my oldest granddaughter paid for my insurance, the best bday present ever. My car is paid up as of 11/20/25.I can not leave Miss Stacey out, she collects the payment I was always on time but the last few months she really really looked out for me. Great job y’all . Y’all helped me out with affordable payments, maybe one day I can get another automobile with less money down. The only flaw I will say is the underwriters charged to much for my little car and my TPMS light was on and I had to change my lock but I had a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe and the paint started peeling but when I say I loveeee my car I do., now that my car is paid off a little coat of paint and I’m good.Thumbs up to y’all. Also they washed my car before pulling off and they washed my daughter car, and she didn’t buy her car there., Great customer service .Tell them I sent you if you decide to get a car. Have a good day everyone.”

“My first time going to Q and L was a pleasant experience given what I went thru to try to get a duplicate title for my very first car. I ended up getting a new title and I was referred to Q and L to have everything handled including getting insurance! The guy who helped me who I assume was the owner was very helpful and pleasant and told me everything I needed to do and know plus more. I will definitely refer them to anyone and use them in the future!”

“The staff at Jack's is so friendly they made getting my car fixed seamless. It truly is a family business and each client they serve is treated as part of the family with trust-worthy pricing and work that turns vehicles around. They know what they are talking about with years of experience and will even teach you what is going on (i'm not a car person!) and what vehicle to buy when I was looking for a new one.”

“I bought a truck from them the truck runs good except for the fact that it overheats and there was no Jack in the truck when I bought it so I could not change the tire when it was flat. If they have a decent vehicle I would still buy from them but I would not expect them to help you with any problems that you have with your vehicle. Pretty much you get what you see and they will not go out the way to help you”

“I love a pop shop. Ron, the owner and mechanic, is very knowledgeable and cares about vehicle quality. My 2017 corolla that i bought from him has served me well for the past 6 years! If you want someone trustworthy to work on your toyota who isn't going to upcharge you or try to sell you on things you don't need, he's your guy. His communication is great, he'll inspect and then call and update you with what the job entails and how much the parts for the job are beforehand so you can decide if you want to go through with the repairs. I really appreciate that he breaks down not only the cost of the parts, but he explains the labor and why it needs to be done. Other places do a bunch of unnecessary things (ex: replacing bumper instead of fixing a minor dent, or replacing all four tires when your front wheel alignment needs repair.) and charge you for all of it. And if you ask them if its necessary they give you a vague answer. I appreciate his expertise and transparency.”

“I was in Baltimore for a medical appointment. After my appointment I was headed home to Richmond VA. The water pump in my car overheated and I had to pull over immediately. Thankfully I was near Central Service. Jeff was amazing! He diagnosed the problem and helped me find a hotel to spend the night. He had my car ready before 8:30am the next morning. His mother, Kathy even lent me a phone charger. Thanks Jeff. You are extraordinary!!!”
