I bought a brand new vape from you guys just on Friday. I cannotget it to work at all. I am trying to figure out if I bring it in there . Would you guys be able to take a look at it and see if you can fix it and if not exchange it. And then my review would be a 5 plus I also bought 2 juices and I absolutely loved the flavours however I can only use them in my old vape.

Wouldn’t exchange a battery that won’t charge. There are other shops in the area who would have made the exchange for a long time customer without question, I will be visiting those shops exclusively in the future & will no longer be visiting or recommending this shop.
