“Recommended by a friend and I'm so glad she did, it was worth the tolls. The staff is super friendly, there was no wait for anyone, the doctor has a great bedside manner and even sat on the floor to introduce herself to my dog. They are reasonably priced and this is coming from someone who doesn't come from or have a lot of money. They definitely are my vet now. I highly recommend them you won't regret it.”
“The Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and patient when taking care of an important part of the family as they are much more than Pets - Thank You Very Much to The Banfield Team.
Ed Napier, Gizmo & Gilligan - Truly much more than Best Friends.🐕🐾🐾 My Best Friend”
“Banfield is absolutely the best primary veterinary care I have ever had. The entire veterinary team/staff go above and beyond for their clients. People seem to forget that this is like going to your primary care doctor not an emergency room and services can add up (emergency services here are limited just like if you had a heart attack at your PCP) and some are not cheap but neither is human medicine if you had to pay for every service out of pocket) It seems that some people come here and expect the providers to have MRI imagining in their eyes. Having a pet costs money it’ll never be cheap. Duh. These doctors literally went to school their entire lives to take care of our animals. The wellness plan is Lit but it ain’t insurance it is a financed package of services which is super helpful to help keep your pet healthy and assess for health concerns. Figure it out people! Ugh, love you Banfield Southdale! You guys make us feel safe!”
“Came in today for a dental exam for my pug! I found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Cox is very compassionate and I was extremely happy with today’s visit! My pug has found his forever doctor :)”
“In 40 years of owning pets, I have never found a vet more caring, competent and professional than Dr. Lisa Jones. My 3 Italian Greyhounds love going to see her for both emergency and routine care. I sincerely recommend Dr. Jones to anyone searching for outstanding veterinary care.”
“No one will help the stray cat I found all the other hospitals asked for money first this hospital took in my cat immediately and help me apply for financing and their prices were 50 less then all the hospitals i called . Very compassionate dr and staff. Highly recommend them.”
“From getting an appointment very quickly to the day of the appointment, the staff was very friendly and attentive. My cat Rikki is nervous about the trip to the vet but he felt safe with the vet tech and his veterinarian. I love the transparency of treatment estimates but most importantly, your compassionate care for pets who are brought in for exams and treatments.
I want to thank all of you at Glen Burnie Animal Hospital for your outstanding care for pets as always over the years as I have brought previous cats here. You never feel that you're just another client here.”
