I came to take photo for passport and request a digital file. I did it 3 times and waited for more than 24hr and received nothing. The staff keep saying you are good but still I did not receive it. I paid 36 dollar for 4 photos and this kind of service is unacceptable. I did try to call the shop and no real person pick up the phone I literally see 3 staff working at the same time at the location not including the drug store.

Do not waste your time having any prescriptions filled at this Walgreens. They are the rudest Pharmacy staff I ever dealt with. They lie, saying the medication is on back order and none of the Walgreens have any, but when you call another Walgreens, they can fill the medication asap. most of the time. They charge your insurance company, take the $$ and then delay filling your prescription or flat out deny filling it so they can pocket your insurance money. Try calling them to find out the status of your pending prescription, they won't take your call, they just hang up on you. The other day, I was on the phone over 1 hour trying to reach them, but after they hung up on me 3 times, I had to contact the store manager. My doctor's office tried to speak to them on my behalf and they were rude to him and his staff. My doctor was extremely appalled at their behavior. I filed a escalated complaint and a Distrct Manager was suppose to return my call in 48 hours. No chance of that happening; I am still waiting for a call back after 5 days. Obiviously Walgreens is only interested in taking your money. Their Customer Service stinks!!!

I got really sick and went to the doctors. My doctor told me they were out of stock of the cough medicine I needed, but they'll send it over to Walgreens, and that it is fully covered. Even gave me a receipt to prove to the people there thats it's covered... the lady told me that it wasn't covered and I had to pay almost $30 which I do not have. Otherwise I wouldn't be trying to use insurance. The same thing happened to my mom and other people around me. Walgreens loves to scam and play with your insurance to make you pay. f Walgreens.

So the Walgreens across from Marley Station Mall has the rudest ill run pharmacy in the area. Kelly the pharmacy manager on duty today Sept 26 decided to take out her job frustrations on my 66 year old chemo recipient husband. We were there for Covid vaccines and although the pharm tech already asked the questions: "Are you sick?" "Have you been exposed..." I had also answered those questions online when I scheduled the shots. Apparently her system showed I answered, "I don't know" to all the questions. She went on in faux calm sarcasm instead of using the answers her tech just received. They were asked & answered minutes before would & supersede the ones from when the appt was set. My husband got upset over her rude sarcastic tone told her as much. Because she used the term "sir" after every sarcasm she thought she was professional. Come on Walgreens is that the best you can do? No wonder you're about to declare bankruptcy. Steer clear folks. Visit another location or different pharmacy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come to this pharmacy if you want to get your prescriptions in a timely fashion. You have to physically come to the store if you have a question or want to inquire about your medication because THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I saw the young woman in the head covering hang up on callers while I was waiting at the counter. The pharmacist does not care that they are not filling prescriptions in a timely fashion. I came around 2 and was told my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. Then after 5 minutes of waiting, was told it would take 2 hours because "their system was down" yet I watched them process orders at the drive-thru. They need to stop playing with people's medications. Some people need them to live. Who the hell are they hiring nowadays?! They deserve to get closed down. Corporate must not read reviews or do audits. I will escalate this higher up the ladder. The customer service is so poor, it's disgusting. Go elsewhere! If you patronize them at the pharmacy, you will regret it! Trust me. Oh, and I placed a complaint with corporate so hopefully they follow up.

SERVICE ☆☆AMBIENCE ☆☆COST ☆☆☆☆I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to actually show up in the photo area. By that time, a line had started. Then, after helping the person I let go in front of me, she left the desk area and disappeared for a few more minutes before coming back, and the other guy behind me left from waiting.Since the line was longer at checkout, I am going to say they may have a staffing problem. The good side is that it did not take the machine long to process & print two photos.The place was a mess. Stuff was lying around and not organized in the total area; however, the rest of the store was normal. Nice selection of picture frames, though some looked dinged up.Despite this, the cost of getting photos made and the frame we're pretty inexpensive.I'll give the experience of Walgreens Photo three stars & do not recommend getting photos there if you are pressing for time.

Walgreens at 7901 Ritchie Hwy. I scheduled my booster COVID-19 and flu shots online. Arriving early, I walk to the Pharmacy department. The COVID-19 station was CLOSED with SHUTTERS DOWN and ZERO DIRECTIONS on where flu shot recipients are supposed to go. As I stand there confused where I'm supposed to check-in, I see a small card reader with folks sitting or standing by so I used it figuring this is what I needed to sign into to get my shots. I provide my driver's license and health insurance. Then, I sit down for roughly 10 minutes. Zero activity or sound from the vaccination station. Therefore, I stand in the long customer service line for "Pick up/Drop Off" with one cashier. Again, there was ZERO indication that this was the line I needed to be in to get my shots. NO COVID-19/FLU SHOT DIRECTIONS ANYWHERE. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I still noticed ZERO activity in the vaccination room. As I am third in line, I get a call from the nurse at the first station I used my driver's license and health insurance, so I got out of the "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. I had to knock on the nurse's door since she shut it immediately after calling my name. I told her that I am so confused with where I'm supposed to get my COVID and flu shots and she stated that she was not the vaccination nurse and that I needed to wait in the long "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. Extremely annoyed for wasting my time with ZERO DIRECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR IN MY EMAIL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, I stated that I am leaving the store; forget the appointment. Due to this extremely lackluster display for common customer curtesy and service, I will never return to another Walgreens ever again. Great job Walgreens.

I have been calling the pharmacy for almost a month now trying to talk to someone. They refuse to answer the phone. I am handicapped and can't drive up there so I have been without my medications since then. I called corporate and every single number I can get ahold of and nobody is trying to help me. I am moving all my medications to rite aid. I wish I could deal with a different store but when I do go up I have to pay an Uber and it's a shame I should have to pay more just because they can't pick up a phone. Also I am just done with Walgreens as a company. Do NOT use this pharmacy. They also randomly close with your medications filled there. Never ever dealing with them again. Save your sanity!

This pharmacy is a nightmare! I have called multiple times on multiple occasions and their communication is horrible. You should receive a text when your prescription is ready and you will not. if you call, they do not answer for over 20 mins. I'm just over this pharmacy!

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. There are always multiple people working and yet somehow it always takes an hour to pick up prescriptions they claim are ready. Beyond that, they somehow always mess up the prescriptions and insurance information. My husband has had a prescription for over a year that the generic brand is not covered and the main brand is -- but somehow this pharmacy always defaults to generic and tries to charge us an arm and a leg. Despite us asking them to note the account 10 times, it happens nearly every time we try to fill it. We keep trying to be understanding due to short staffing everywhere, etc. but honestly they don't seem short staffed. The staff just never looks like they have any idea what's going on. I don't have time to sit there for an hour.. that's not convenient and convenience is why anyone chooses a drug store for their prescriptions.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It's almost like they bill based on how difficult they can make the process or times they have to click/communicate some technical snafu with the doctor. They're phone system is garbage, will put you on hold, have you wait til l you're next, then hang up. Take your business anywhere else.

The store itself is okay. The pharmacy is slow as anything. Unfortunately it's just really close to home for us, so we continue to use it for now. Standing in line as I write this, in 10 minutes they've helped 1 person. The line almost always extends around the corner. Best to stick to quick trips at this store.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. This is for the Pharmacy not the store. The people that work there are the slowest people I've ever dealt with when it comes to filling prescriptions. They come up with new rules for picking up prescriptions like every other month. And even when your doctor approves a prescription to be picked up that day the pharmacist can and will tell you no, you can't have it until tomorrow. It's a horrible operation they have. They deserve no stars. Avoid this place at all costs!
