The pharmacy used to be awesome. I tried time after time giving this place a chance because it's close to my home however I'm done. I've transferred all prescriptions. They rarely answer the phone and when they do you are put on hold for God knows how long. They cancel prescriptions without informing the customer. They get orders mixed up. I will not be surprised when this location goes out of business. When they do it will be well deserved.

I like this store, the only problem is that they're always short on staff at the pharmacy. You'll be waiting forever. Now can I say positively the staff has good customer service skills. I never dealt with anyone who showed attitude, was rude, or felt like they didn't want to work. I have seen stuff like this at other pharmacies. I don't care how backed up they are they try to do their best. I speak for what I see. I don't know for everyone else.

This is one of the most trashiest Walgreens i have ever been to. I am super mad because of how uncomfortable i felt. I walked in the store & immediately felt uncomfortable. I directly saw an about 60 year old woman cashier working at the front who i smiled at but instead of her greeting me she rolled her eyes & ignored me. She looked disgusted that I’d even come there. Then i walk by another employee who seems to be the manager & i smiled to her as well & she chose to also ignore me & say nothing, looking annoyed. What really made me even write this review is as I’m leaving they are talking to each other at a normal volume (since there’s no customers), i walk by & they stop talking & as im closer to the door i hear them WHISPERING. I look back because i just had a feeling it was about me & yes they were staring at me. Now i am a larger girl so im already insecure.. this made me feel absolutely terrible because i have no idea what they would even be saying!!!!! THEN SIDE NOTE THE BATHROOM IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS IN BOTH STALLS WITH FECES ON BOTH TOILETS. ALSO THERES DEAD ROACHES ON THE SALES FLOOR. Please do better. This is absolutely insane. I’ll never come back.

I went to walgreen at 10:15 PM and told the staff that I wanted to print one file. The employee spoke with someone and then told me, “Printing is closed now, can you come back tomorrow?” I replied, “But your website says printing is available until 11:00 PM.” She then told me to speak with the manager.
When I approached the manager, he seemed annoyed for some reason and said, without any greeting, “What do you need?” I told him I need to print a file, and he asked if I had the Walgreen app. I said no, and he replied, “Then I can’t help you.”
I’m not sure if this kind of behavior is acceptable. Do you understand what it means for someone to come to you at that hour? It likely means they cannot come tomorrow and urgently need to print something now. The manager was not helpful at all.

The Walgreens across from Marley Station Mall is pretty good. Friendly staff and variety of products you would expect in a drug store.

Slowest drive through. Only one worker working in the front. Why even keep this place open? The one worker in the front is very nice though.

This is the worst pharmacy,Horrible customer service at this pharmacy , technician Joseline was a nightmare to deal with her mouth always smells ,have difficulty understanding her accent ,I received an attitude from her,make sure to count all ur pills this pharmacy often give u the wrong amount of medication

Mac or Max the store manager was very helpful with printing photos. He took his time with me even though the store was busy.

Staff puts you on hold w/o been asked to be put on hold. Phone finally rings and get picked up again and puts you on hold again. It keeps ringing.... It's so annoying. Customer service 1/10 !!!!!

Pharmacy is highly understaffed. Go elsewhere!
I’ve tried calling in to get a prescription refilled (since the app was not updated with my appropriate prescriptions) and I was put on hold for over 45 min. I ended up driving to the location instead and waited in line inside, and was helped before they ever took me off hold on the phone…
I’ve heard so many people in store complain about medication quantities missing from their prescription on many accounts, and I personally have never experienced worse service and wait times in my life.
I once tried testing out the home delivery service and they ended up delaying and then cancelling it altogether on me.
The pharmacists inside know how long the lines are at drive through and in-store continue to chit chat about their weekend activities and pull out their phones in front of people with zero sense of urgency or efficiency.
Hands down worst service! Would highly avoid. Unless your willing to get bare minimum service and get locked into the drive thru line for over an hour only to find out your prescription was either put back or never actually made.

Too bad zero stars is not an option. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. 6 hours after my prescription is sent in electronically, it is still not ready, 'try again tomorrow' is the response. 24 hours to fill a common prescription is ridiculous. This is not the first time and has become a common occurrence with my whole family. Staff does not answer the phone and does not provide reasonable response when you go in person and try to press accountability.
