The most incompetent group of people I’ve ever seen. Spent over 5 hours on hold and was told “that’s surprising we answered EVERY call today” I requested a prescription filled on the 22nd, and was lied to about some mail order nonsense from my insurance who said was absolutely false, and then told to wait for a prescription that was submitted over 2 weeks ago. I’ve been a Walgreens customer for almost 28 years. This location has made sure I will never visit a Walgreens again. My prescription cost $150 less at Walmart without this nonsense.

The pharmacy technicians are clearly doing their best but the actual pharmacist, the one in the lab coat, was nothing short of rude and seemingly clueless. While waiting for my appointment they blatantly lied to customers regarding store policy and refused to assist anyone who needed vaccines. Everyone there was waiting nearly an hour AFTER appointment times. If you are unable to commit to keeping appointments then do not offer that service. Nobody was able to answer any questions about what people should be doing or what lines to be in which only caused further confusion.

Vaccine appointment at 5:15.I showed up about five minutes early and was immediately stuck in a very slow moving line. Bailed at 5:30 when a gentleman in front of me went up to inquire why he still wasn't being serviced for his 4:00 or 4:15 appointment.Check in for appointments was taking at least 10 minutes because of their agonizingly slow computer system.Abysmal.

The pharmacy is terrible! They request you call them and then hang up on you without even greeting you after being on hold for an hour. When you do get in contact with someone they are rude over the phone. You get better service when they have to see you face to face.Express pickup is non existent. A service they advertise.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Finally had it. Prescription was written on Tuesday. Was told “we can’t fill it til Sunday.” Showed up on Sunday and was told “oh we can’t fill it cause it doesn’t have an electronic signature.” My response is “you’ve had it all week and you’re just now catching this?” Blank stare. Currently in the process of transferring all my prescriptions. The amount of times I’ve had a prescription pickup go smoothly is outnumbered by the times there are errors and complications.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They take alllll day filling simple prescriptions. They never answer the phone. The young lady with the head covering hangs up on customers! I saw it with my own eyes! The pharmacist doesn’t care. They said their system was down all day (7/10/2023)! This is unacceptable! Walgreens needs to do better.

Their system was down. Had to make 2 trips in order to get my med. They weren't processing insurance claims. There was a long line of customers. All were turned down. Very annoying on an extremely hot day. They could have notified customer of computer problem via text messenging just like they said your RX was ready. Their system had been down all day.

Had a Covid booster appointment scheduled for days. They waited until 45 minutes before the appointment to call me to cancel because they didn't have any in stock. Claimed they tried to call the day before but it wouldn't connect - so they didn't call back? Couldn't help me get in anywhere else and said I'd just have to do that on my own.Service = negative starsAttitude = plenty

Be careful paying with cash here. They don’t give you the correct change back and keep your money. They won’t even open the drawer to see if the bill was placed in the wrong spot or count the drawer down to see if it’s over. The manager Travis will “check the camera” and claim that he knows they’re right because of the “color of the bill” but can’t actually see the number on it. Even if you’re 100,000% certain you know what bill you gave them they don’t care.

Walgreens on 7901 Ritchie Highway Glen Burnie Maryland 21061 is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever come in contact with. Did you not validate their sales or give you the correct Walgreens points it's very frustrating especially when the manager does nothing about it.

So I dropped my prescription off they said it will be ready in 3 hours when I arrive to pick up my prescription they only put one in the bag I had to drive back to the window and they act like I didn't put two in.. then she tells me they can no longer fill this prescription that doctor has to call it in.. I even had to ask for my prescription back

This place does not believe in customer service. I have been calling the pharmacy all day and No one answers. You can hear them pick the phone up and then put it back on hold. This happens all throughout the day. You then drive to there and your medicine is still not ready.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are horrible - sending messages that prescriptions are ready for pickup when they are not. Refusing to refill prescriptions that clearly have refills left.
