I typically go to Walgreens multiple times a week to deposit my cash onto my chime account since they have no fee to do so. I bartend and don’t like to have that much cash on me. I typically use the Marley station location but was closer to this location so I went in to deposit my money ($700) and was told by the cashier they couldn’t do more than $500 a day per their policy. I explained how the policy no longer said that in regards to chime as explained to me by the manager at the other location. They said they couldn’t do it. So I asked for a manager to come try to, Phillip introduced himself as the associate explained I wanted to deposit $700 and Phillip immediately refused to do more than $500. I told him how I did larger amounts regularly and their policy has changed. He refused to budge or even attempt to find out if he was wrong, which he was. I said I would walk out and walk back in to deposit the remaining $200 and he refused to allow me. He was beyond nasty and certainly not a people person. I reached out to corporate with no response of course. Yesterday I was at another location to deposit my money and asked if their policy had a $500 limit for chime. The manager said no it changed a while back, her and I got to talking and I explained my interaction with Phillip at the Crain hwy location the prior week and she chuckled and said she knew exactly who he was and had heard things prior about him as well.I think you should update your staff especially managers on policiesPhillip you were a d!ck for no reason and shouldn’t deal with the public.

Do not go here. I should start with that when I picked up my meds originally yesterday the staff was great. However multiple times when receiving pain medication after surgery I have gone home to find that I am missing pills. I called to complain and speak to a manager by prefacing with my intention not to get more pills so they wouldn't think I was addict. I told them I wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again because it has happened three times. I called twice and twice an employee hung on me. Their response was that it couldn't be their responsibility because they counted twice so it must be my fault. I will never go here again and if for some reason I do, then I will make sure to count the pills at the counter so those around me know this is an issue at Walgreens. It has happened to me twice prior and each time they try to put the ownership me. Ive never had the issue with non controlled substances, which leads me to believe that they have employees who stealing money and Much needed medication from customers. As a side note, I called to complain to the corporate office and the representative was polite, genuine, and made me feel like he was listening to me at least.

This Pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy in Maryland. Jenn and Erin wanna play doctor too much like they No what a person is going through I would never in million years Ever go here again. Places talks to you like you are trash they put you on hold for hours at a time say orders are ready whenever most the time they are not Jenn and Erin are the most and I mean most Unprofessional people I've ever met in my entire life maybe if you wanna play doctor so much you should've been one? Play is most Racist people average metbin my life

Today at was in store to pick up some photos.While I was paying at the cashier, my son (13) who has autism, was playing with Helio balloons and he took one of them letting the ballon flight. I asked the cashier if I had to pay for the ballon and he said no. But was amazing when other store employer came to my car and told me if my son wanted another ballon. I answered, , but I didn’t pay for it and he said it doesn’t matter.My son and me were so happy.Always I have to explain to everybody that my son has an invisible diss ability as is the Autism, cause he is a big boy with different conducts and today this employer understood perfectly everything.Thanks again!!!

Walgreens at 7901 Ritchie Hwy. I scheduled my booster COVID-19 and flu shots online. Arriving early, I walk to the Pharmacy department. The COVID-19 station was CLOSED with SHUTTERS DOWN and ZERO DIRECTIONS on where flu shot recipients are supposed to go. As I stand there confused where I'm supposed to check-in, I see a small card reader with folks sitting or standing by so I used it figuring this is what I needed to sign into to get my shots. I provide my driver's license and health insurance. Then, I sit down for roughly 10 minutes. Zero activity or sound from the vaccination station. Therefore, I stand in the long customer service line for "Pick up/Drop Off" with one cashier. Again, there was ZERO indication that this was the line I needed to be in to get my shots. NO COVID-19/FLU SHOT DIRECTIONS ANYWHERE. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I still noticed ZERO activity in the vaccination room. As I am third in line, I get a call from the nurse at the first station I used my driver's license and health insurance, so I got out of the "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. I had to knock on the nurse's door since she shut it immediately after calling my name. I told her that I am so confused with where I'm supposed to get my COVID and flu shots and she stated that she was not the vaccination nurse and that I needed to wait in the long "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. Extremely annoyed for wasting my time with ZERO DIRECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR IN MY EMAIL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, I stated that I am leaving the store; forget the appointment. Due to this extremely lackluster display for common customer curtesy and service, I will never return to another Walgreens ever again. Great job Walgreens.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location has to have the absolute worst customer service ever!! I’m even disgusted that I have to give them one star, they deserve none! They move so slow that I swear I saw them move backwards. They tell you that your prescriptions are ready when they really aren’t and you end up wasting a quarter tank of gas in the drive thru for them to say oh, it wasn't ordered, not once but THREE TIMES!! Prepare to stand for an hour if you go inside. Even calling is a time waste, one time I spent 20 minutes on hold just to have someone hang up on me. Absolutely the worst. You want to loose a year of your life, this is your place, Walgreens Crain Hwy.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. One line for everything. Staff hiding and talking while line was wrapped down the aisle. Don't waste your time, find another Walgreens. I tried to give 0 stars, but the minimum was one star.

Worst service at this Walgreens. Keep you waiting forever on pick up. Back order a lot on scripts. The help at counter rude snippy people. Jennifer rx lady has attitude if you want wait for meds. Nasty people. Those people could use lessons in dealing with the public.

I love Walgreens everyone there is very friendly customer service is great. If there is a line in the drive-thru they move pretty quickly You don't sit there very long or at least that has been my experience. At the drive-thru they are also very friendly on top of things and like I said they move very quickly. Walgreens is great! ?

I would like to give negative 5! Today I got a prescription filled for my daughter . They said her insurance was not active . As I am on the phone with her insurance company and they are saying it’s perfectly fine. I pull away from the drive through to get the info needed to double check her insurance and then pull back through . They still could not get her insurance to work so I called the insurance company again to give them more info . Clearly not doing their jobs correctly . No one behind me and as soon as I try to give them more info to try and process this prescription they said I needed to move to the back of the line. Completely baffled I refused . They called the police because instead of doing their job they decided to cause a scene and still not able to get my daughters meds . Needless to say DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! The police were embarrassed for me and so was the insurance company .

This pharmacy is terrible. The wait time is ridiculous and most of the time when you need your refill on your meds they are out and need to order. So you try to get them early and they won’t let you even know your insurance company says you can. When you call corporate they say each Walgreens pharmacist makes their own rules. That’s ridiculous!!

I would have giving them zero. Had to wait at the Pharmacy window 12 minutes. They look at me waiting and laughing.
