This is a pharmacy review only. I have been coming here for years. I am disabled and they are always accommodating from running my Rx out to my cat when the drive through was broken to shipping me my meds over the phone because I can't get to my credit card for deliver via the website. Every single employee wants to help. The other store in glen burnie is a stark contrast. This Walgreens off Ordance has stellar customer service. Stay clear of the one by Marley, its terrible lol.

James (Ordance Rd location)is one of if not The Best employee at Walgreens. He's very polite and patient. You can tell he values the customers!!! He's never in a bad mood and is always ready and willing to assist. Walgreens you have an outstanding employee on your payroll

Prescription was called in by physician at 10am. Prescription was still not ready at 1pm. Clerk told me they would make it a priority and it would still take 20 minutes for me to wait or come back later for it. This is ridiculous business practice. Then the price was hiked up so Walgreens could make more money off the insurance company. Will be changing pharmacies.

Avoid this location at all costs. Esp if you're on matt treatments. They won't fill your prescriptions every 28 days like every other place. They will make you go the full 30 days. No grace period. The lady was very rude

I’m not sure how this location is allowed to stay open . It’s bad enough that the shelves are empty. I have never been treated so rudely by an employee I think she is some kind of manager I say that very loosely. Christine Connor / Giddings is her name . I guess she was busy but she literally snapped my head off when I asked a question then said go look in aisle whatever it was if you don’t see it’s not here . I asked when will the item be returning, she said do I look like a mind reader. Completely unacceptable. So rude and ignorant I will not ever shop here again.

I’m not sure if some of these reviews are dedicated for this specific location, but I’ll tell you this, since switching from the CVS over on B&A Blvd to this Walgreens location off Ritchie Hwy, my experience with them has been nothing but positive. CVS literally never answers the phone and truly is trash in general, Walgreens has been quick and courteous every time I’ve reached out to them. It was a breeze getting my scripts transferred from CVS over to Walgreens. They have stayed in contact with me and advised when things were ready/changes needed quickly and efficiently. Jen, I’m not sure what her title is over there at the pharmacy, but I hope she never leaves. She was who I first spoke to upon switching and was so kind. She even called me to follow up and see how it was going with my new medication I’m taking. CVS WOULD NEVER! I appreciated that beyond belief and really put me at ease. She is one of the main reasons I will continue to use this pharmacy no matter what. That’s what I call stellar customer service and people that actually give a damn about their patrons.

Pharmacy loses track of orders and doesn't notify you when prescriptions are ready. Waited 5 weeks for a 30 day prescription and was told to call every time in the future (despite calling 5 times) so they don't forget to fill the order. Find another pharmacy if you can.

Always use Walgreens Pharmacy drive-thru... Usually sometimes the weight is 15 minutes or more. Inside is easy and quick sometimes you have to stand in line but you can buy a majority of odds and in this store.

My 77yr old mother went into this store around 2p on her birthday [Christmas day], as we do every other day to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Damion, the usual employee was at the register and was as dry, non friendly as he always is denied my mother a pack of cigarettes because she didn't have her ID. She always has it, but just a few hours prior to going in there she lost her wallet at the movie theater. He would not sell her the cigarettes because of the policy...REALLY ON CHRISTMAS DAY, on her 77th birthday you would deny a sickly woman some cigarettes!?!?!?!!?!?!! He is a special kind of MISERABLE!!!!!!!! I drive to the store and present my ID and paid for other items and... I ask for the cigarettes and he says "I won't sell them to you because they're for her". WHAT THE F!?!?!?!!??!!?!!? You HAVE to serve as the patron if I have valid ID. Hmmm...he says "if there isn't anything else I can help you with you can leave the store". Hmmm... I explain the situation and raised my voice and then he says "if you aren't going to leave I will call the police" and I said as you should. My elderly mom and I waited 20mins for the Anne arundel police dept to arrive and they explained any establishment can refuse service for any reason. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to REPRIMAND this kid Damion for his DISREGARD of the elderly and his UNPROFESSIONALISM. We will NOT ever return to this location, even though it is at the corner of our street.
