Absolutely horrible service. Pharmacy workers mind their own business , not in a hurry to help customers and not even prescription ready in the time they give I wait one hour in front of pharmacy counter to get just one tablet. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent service, the doctors are very friendly and they care if your medication is very expensive, they look for coupons to make the cost less, that is why it is my rating.

Had an issue with my prescription not being filled b/c of the medication having a similar name of a medication that I already had filled.. Pharmacist took the time to investigate and corrected the matter. That alone changed my opinion to a positive one.. Nothing is perfect and from me watching from the line, it seems as if they may have a full plate.. answering calls and trying to fill prescriptions. ??♂️ He is doing what he can based on what they are giving him.. All stores seem to be short staffed

I've avoided this pharmacy for years (this location) because they're extremely slow and they don't care that they're slow. Sometimes this place has rude people, I never have an issue at the one in pasadena and when I used to come here, they never had my prescriptions available. I had to come here bc they actually had in stock what my normal location didn't and yet I'm still dissapointed. I sometimes feel like they're PURPOSELY slow. Especially to certain ppl.

Never had an issue for THREE years until this week, young A.A lady at front was RUDE RUDE RUDE. I had never paid more than $9 for this particular medication, but this time my usual discount had run out like it always does and the previous workers would just re-new it. this girl had NO CLUE that walmart offers discounts on generics (even though there is a HUGE sign that states 30 day generic for $4, HELLO?????!!!!!) So I mentioned that, and she just shoved my envelope towards me and states well it's 32....and we go back and forth 2 more times. If I hadn't just gotten off work I would have made her get a manager.....UGH I will be going back and complaining...

The rudest workers in the store are at the pharmacy. The staff act as if you are irritating them with your business and the pharmacist was worse! I waited almost 30 mins for him to counsel me about my meds and I used the medication before. He still made me wait while he was having a casual conversation with staff!

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!! For the SECOND time in less than six months, I have had an issue!!! I understand waiting for more medicine to come in, however, not being prepared to fill the medication once it comes in is unacceptable!! If a doctor's office doesn't call back, call them back or after ONE DAY call the patient so they can assist in getting their medication needs taken care of, even though that's what the pharmacist is PAID for!!!! I have never had issues my entire life in getting prescriptions filled and now TWICE in six months!! I wish ShopRite never had closed!!

Filled my prescription at this location. wanted to speak with the pharmacist. Hold me wait for 20 minutes on phone . I never had such a rude pharmacist in my entire life. she is mean, rude, bad attitude and never answer to any questions that I asked. she was not even ready to listen what I was trying to say. I can not believe how she treats with their staffs members.

The worst pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever had to deal with in my life.ive been dealing with this pharmacy for almost a year now.the first 6 months were ok but the last 6 months have been a nightmare once the new pharmacist started.they try to put me as a new customer every prescription I fill so that I don't get any benefits of a repeat customer.6 months ago I go to fill my e script and they tell me I need a new prior authorization or no meds.so 3 days with no meds I have to take daily.they use to let me call to check if my meds are in stock well I get yelled at and told I can't do that anymore.ever since they told me I can't check if my meds are in stock before hand my meds have now been out of stock every month for 3 months in a row.they tell me each month oh we will order it and it will be here tomorrow by 3pm.well I wait until 4 the next day just to get told oh it's on back order we don't know when it's gonna come in.so I had to transfer it to another Walmart pharmacy that also didn't have it in stock but they told me the next day and the next day it was in early.so that happened 2 months in a row now the 3rd month this month the same thing happened and the next day which was yesterday now today there telling me it's not garenteed to come in at all so I said can I transfer again now there telling me know it's not a refill it's a whole new script I told them every month it's a new script and I was allowed tofor 2 months in a row they put me on hold and when they came back on he says call back after 3 and hung up on me.. worst place in the world to fill needed scripts.wouldnt recommend to my dogs.this is the Chesapeake center Walmart pharmacy.....

Shame on the pharmacists who work at this location! I am a doctor who was picking up medication for my neighbor who recently had surgery. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect on the phone and in person from a pharmacist! The A.A. male pharmacist was brusque and extremely unprofessional as was the cashier. The staff, especially the pharmacists, need an overhaul and workshops on improving customer service.
