The worst bank !! Takes forever. Either step it up or hire more people. 30 mins in drive thur. Only had 2 people in front of me.

This is by far the worst WF branch I’ve experienced in my 30 years with the bank. They are constantly understaffed. Right now they have 1 banker, so you must make an appt for everything. Oh and branch manager apparently doesn’t even have access to send wires. Unbelievable

In this they are litle rude the last time I visitedAlso called answering the phoneI was have appointment at 10:30 the guy helping to do I wire transfer using my fhone but at the same time helping others person only he was there also I asked for making changes in my account but start help but later he’s going to help other clients after that I decided going don’t have time to wait longer I just walk out, need more personal at the branch.

Ungodly slow. I've worked in the financial district and I'm telling you I have never seen such slow performance. And no care for citizens coming in doing business. Horrendous. Usuallyone woman at front that assists certain customers better and faster over others.

Such horrible service here, I went in for a wire transfer and they told me I had to go online to book an appointment and they couldn't help me. I'm so done with Wells Fargo. Terrible business all together.

Today, Oct. 5, Wed, 2022, I went to two branches, the one in Severn and the one in Glen Burnie. I needed some paperwork filled out by administrators in order to facilitate a change over for a direct deposit. The Severn branch lobby was closed, no explanation given and the Glen Burnie branch had one administrator who was too busy to look up from her computer. What a way to run a business.

I always go through the drive thru just to make my mortgage payment which is very easy and always get great service by the tellers there. Today I needed my 1098 and was told I needed to come in. I had no problem doing so, Glad to have been helped by the manager there Arthur Blair, got me in and out.

Worst bank by far to get a mortgage with.I received my mortgage in 2014 when rates was at 4.25. I never once was contacted when rstes dropped below 3% fha rates was as low as 2.75.Why would you contact me a year later after I contacted you when rates was at it lowest?You contact me again today and say with rates at historic lows we wanted you to take full advantage of the lower payment. What your going to save me 240.00 when you could of saved me over 1000 with my APR being almost 2 % higher.. This place is a joke..

Just terrible ! My husband went to this branch to deposit a rather large check the teller was rude and after 20 mins had to get a manager to assist with the deposit.After the deposit was completed my husband was told that the check would clear in 3 installments and that the full amount would not clear for almost two weeks . I have been banking with Wells Fargo for a long time and have never heard of a check clearing in installments and taking nearly 2 weeks to clear Regardless of the amount of the check . I called customer service and was told that the individual bank placed not one but two holds on the check and they could not override it . It also appeared that they had made two separate deposits for one check as well . I was then told to reach out to the branch they could confirm the release of funds and lift the hold . After speaking with William the “branch manger “ he informed me that he could not confirm the release of funds which was incorrect he just did not want to and that he would not lift the hold on the check . Terrible customer service, I now have a complaint in on this branch and if the issue is not resolved Monday I will be closing all 6 of my accounts ! Stay away from this branch .
