The people who work here are knowledgeable and so pleasant—they clearly get along with each other, too. Today I watched them handle a customer’s bad attitude with grace and professionalism, and they were still polite! And I take it for granted that they’re good at their work because I’ve never had an issue mailing in or out with them. So, a very easy 5/5.

I had to ship a package that I myself was confused about how to best pack. The guy at the counter was super helpful and ended up saving me money even when he had the opportunity to charge me more. The post office itself is also very cute aesthetically.

best post office in the area! this is not the closest post office to my home but it is the only one I will go to. staff are kind and efficient. great parking options. employees are always so nice to my kids when they are with me. thank you for the consistently exceptional customer service experiences.

I love the post office at Glen Echo. They are helpful friendly and kind. I go out of my way to send my mail off at the post office there. Great job postal workers!

This post office has some amazing customer service. I read the reviews and thought, oh that sounds nice, but after calling them, believe me it's all true. The kind lady who was currently the only person there and could not help we right away went out of her way to write down my information such that she could help me at a later time in the day when she was able. That's amazing, because it's kinda unheard-of.

I'm kinda sad that my PO Box services have ended here. It's just a little too far out of the way now & needed one closer. The ladies that run this place have been very kind to me and always accommodating with things that don't always have an immediate textbook answer. It is an older building, so parking/traffic is intense at times. The staff here has always been nice, especially compared to the one post office I just had to unfortunately sign up with. They will be missed

This took place 21FEB2020. I do not like to make these sort of posts unless they're needed. I had to mail something to Mexico without a return address. I explained to the young lady that there isn't one and why, which is when the rudeness erupted. The process was annoyingly painful, with no regard to the customer. The person I assume is the superior came out of her office and said to someone in line, "What you want?" then made a grunt so they can go to her. Not sure what's happening here, but they need to reassess their customer service posture. It was extremely unprofessional. One star only because my package will get mailed.
