Upon entering the store my daughter and I walked toward the salesperson sitting at the front desk who was on the phone so we paused and waited to be acknowledged. Which didn’t take long however the salesperson did appear to be annoyed. Being the professional and polite customer that I am I ignored the attitude and proceeded to state why I was there. After a very short while, she self corrected her attitude and became the most helpful patient person who was very knowledgeable about their product. After trying out a few mattresses (and a couple of hours later) I got financing for the Tempur-Pedic hybrid mattress and power base and was on my way. I’m so excited and am looking forward to a better sleep experience. Also, I would definitely recommend this location. Btw, I took away one star for the initial display of attitude.

First, let me start by saying this is by far the best customer service experience ever buying furniture. I was greeted by William from the door. I tried out several mattresses before choosing one, from recommendation and testing. (Also I love that the mattresses was covered for hygiene purposes) The checkout process was extremely easy and there was never a pressure to buy. By the way, the store was very clean and smelled like home, I kid you not?.

Petrie was amazing! I was looking for a new pillow as I kept having neck pains, and she was able to help me find the perfect one for me! I will definitely be going back to Mattress Firm and purchasing another pillow for my partner soon.

Will was absolutely amazing! From the the time I entered the store everything went perfect. He greeted me and introduced himself and he immediately asked me what I needed and we proceeded from there. I’m a fanatic about customer service. Will went above and beyond to meet my specific needs for my bed. He’s very knowledgeable and gives excellent recommendations. I never felt like it was just a pitch to get me to buy a bed. I’m thrilled that I picked this location and recommended them highly. I am a very satisfied customer. Excited to get my new bed! If you looking for great customer service, great prices and a great mattress selection ask for William! He went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed: king mattress and moveable frame at a price I couldn’t say no too! Go into the store and find out for yourself you will definitely leave satisfied with the customer service, price points, and delivery/ removal service!??????
