7/9/25 This was my first time having bloodwork done at the Glenn Dale location. I chose it because it was conveniently located near one of my real estate appointments. Upon reading the reviews I was skeptical but decided to take a chance. I was so pleased I chose to go there. Everyone was cordial, efficient and professional. It just so happened that the air conditioning wasn’t working but that early in the morning it wasn’t too bad. For them, I hope the issue was resolved.

I am afraid of needles. Melody was calm and professional. She made one attempt. She drew 14 vials in just a few min.
I highly recommend this office.

On Wednesday, I had blood work at this location and I was able to check in and the staff were pretty nice. I was nervous about getting blood work, but Asia did a great job and she kept me calm during the process. I would definitely recommend this location!

Highly recommend this location. Efficient, friendly, and organized staff. Jovita was a pleasure to work with bright and early at 6:30AM. I did a walk-in and she took great care of me during my entire visit. Kudos to Jovita!

Natasha (Team Lead) and Donita(Site Coordinator) were great. They helped my daughter get her blood drawn even though she was being extremely difficult. Without there experience and patience I would have needed to find another option and take more time off work. Thank you both.

I wanted to express my gratitude with the 2 of the phlebotomist that helped my daughter get her blood-draw on Thursday. Thank you for what you do and for caring, specially to the phlebotomist that talked with my kid and walk her trough the process, you are such a beautiful soul, thank you again for understanding her and get her to trust you. You will make a big difference.

I am very happy that I chose the Glenn Dale location as a walk-in for lab work this morning. The office is bright, neat, and checking in is simple. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name at the front of desk so that I may mention her in this rating, because she was very nice, super friendly, and kind. My experience was even better once my name called for my lab work. Needles are not my thing, but Jeanette Dorsey is the best. She too was very nice, funny, and so incredibly gentle that I did not even realize that she had finished! Not often do I find and get to meet people who actually enjoy their jobs, very professional, and give great customer service. They were a great start to my day!

All I can say is if you have a child with special need or Autistic. DO NOT bring your child for blood work in this location. My daughter was left to sit in their hallway next to the bathroom and skipped over while tending to other patients who were able to speak up for themselves. This is hurtful and NOT ACCEPTABLE. The tall/slim youg lady at the front desk is unprofessional and seemed to have an "attitude. She had my daughter sitting while tending to patient who checked in after.

Plenty of parking especially if you don't attempt to crowd the front door and use all available entrances.
Straight forward self check-in. Staff is helpful and friendly despite rude impatient clients. I've been well received with or without an appointment and with or without my lab orders being readily found. If you can get your medical team on the phone they will assist with having your doctor forward to the exact location.
I have hard to see veins so I was prepared to be poked several times. However Joy had zero issue finding my vein the first time. Joy was a pleasant smile and conversationalist throughout my drawings (5 total). This location isn't the closest to me but is my favorite nonetheless.

Walked in for simple blood test. No greeting at all from the 2 people sitting behind the desk. Self sign in with ID and insurance card pretty straight forward. No wait as I was called back within minutes. The tech drawing my blood was unprofessional...no greeting...seemed to have an "attitude" and only asked me to verify my name. She is not proficient and is unskilled. I have huge veins and she missed, proceeding to "dig" around resulting, unnecessarily, in a hematoma and ecchymotic area despite applying pressure. She went to my other arm and I pointed to where my vein was as you could clearly see it without needing to palpate it. This person needs guidance and retraining not only in skill but her overall demeanor. I read the reviews both good and bad and decided to go to this location. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience and will not be returning to this location.

NATASHA the receptionist has a TERRIBLE attitude. It's not what you say it's how you say it. Especially to first time customers that are coming to you byway of company contract. She's very cold and short with guests.
