I paid for detailing but was disappointed with the service. The little cubby in my console was not vacuumed, dust was visible on car seat head rests, it looked like the passenger side was barely vacuumed, and I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk. I should have inspected their work before I left the site. I tried calling to ask what their detailing entailed, and it was impossible to get a live person when I called, with the AI assistant sending me in circles. I guess I will have to detail my own car, as I had initially planned, which is sad because I want to support local businesses.

I visited this car wash today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and my car was not cleaned properly. It felt rushed and careless. I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and results moving forward.

Asked for the detail service cleaning and I couldn't be much happier with the results! Every nook and cranny was spotless, the dashboard glistened, seats were spot-free, floor mats looked brand new, and tires were shiny for weeks! The price was affordable and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough deep cleaning!!!

I was a customer of this car wash for a long time, I canceled the membership for 6 months or so and I renewed it again but the service is terrible and they only clean the vehicles superficially. I had a short time not to go even though I had an active membership and my vehicle was like that They delivered it after cleaning it, I didn't tell them anything at the time because I didn't review it, I trusted the service they have always provided me, and when I loaded my son into the vehicle I realized that they left it the same as how I took it... I'm paying because I leave it practically the same, if you have a job it's because you dirty your vehicle because if it was clean we wouldn't use the car wash service, it's a shame I don't think I'll renew the membership for another month

On February 25, 2024, I visited Pirates Car Wash. They washed the exterior of my vehicle and then proceeded to clean the interior. However, I found that the service provided by Pirates Car Wash was subpar due to the unprofessionalism of their staff. I encountered individuals who were not very competent and displayed behavior that was both silly and annoying. For instance, one of the employees, who was pressure washing the tires, approached me and rudely suggested that I should clean my exterior and interior at home for the entire day. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with the service at Pirates Car Wash and would not recommend it to others.

I had an unfortunate experience at Pirates Car Wash. I initially went there to have my vehicle's exterior and interior cleaned. However, I was disappointed with the quality of service provided by their staff, who displayed unprofessional behavior throughout my visit. One incident that stood out was when an employee, who was in charge of pressure washing the tires, approached me in a rude manner. They suggested, in a rather impolite tone, that I should spend the entire day cleaning both the exterior and interior of my vehicle at home. This kind of behavior was both silly and annoying, and it only added to my dissatisfaction with the overall service. Considering my experience, I cannot recommend Pirates Car Wash to others. The lack of professionalism and competence displayed by their staff made my visit unpleasant, and I believe there are better car wash options available.
