Always a great experience here. They call me with a quote before doing the work so no surprises. The turnaround is fast. This time they repair both my vehicles, neither were scheduled, before the dealership was closed for week training which unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Ben Diehl and Diehl Ford was awesome! He worked to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the car and even connected my phone for me! He explained the working of the car to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable before I left!

I was able to use my rewards points and had no charges issued to me for the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic in charge (Kevin) noticed a oil leak at left axle bearing and we scheduled an appointment to replace it.

Even though I didn’t get my vehicle serviced here but the customer service and care that they have for people is amazing. I live in Columbus, Ohio and was trying to visit an friend In Maryland, as I was driving down the highway my front left tire blew out and lost control and they let me use one of there unused spot for an week so I can figure out how to get back to Ohio and how to get my car back to Ohio. I promise the GM that it won’t be there after an week and I kept my word and now having an tow truck taking it away to be sent back to Ohio. They welcomed me in and they kept my keys safe and welcomed me to have a drink and stay in the cooled building. My family is Ford Family although I have a Kia Optima 2020 I’m proud to have an Ford Family and extremely happy that I land here than anywhere else. :) they have helped me so much. I’m so grateful and blessed to meet these wonderful people here at Diehl’s Ford!

I guy that picked up the truck was courteous and friendly.
The truck is fixed and we were very happy to have someone pick it up for the repairs, so that I didn't have to wait while the work was being done (4 hours).
We would have liked to use the car that was left here.

Always come back no matter where I live, lucky for my sister I brought her vehicle in for a service or checkup, where she had visited before failed to tighten up her lug nuts, could have been bad but thanks to Diehl's Ford, she is safe.
