“My husband and I were on our way to the beach and he ran over an umbrella on Rte. 50. We didn’t realize right away, but the gas tank was punctured. We pulled over and after calling the fire dept and AAA, the Sheriff’s Deputy called Jamie with Queenstown Collision for a tow to save us time. Jamie waited with us while we made the insurance claim and then drove us AND our dog to his shop. We had a hard time getting a rental car right away, but Jeren, Jamie’s wife, let us wait inside, out of the hot and humid weather, and gave our dog treats! If you’re ever on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and need work done on your car, I highly recommend Queenstown Collision.”

“I drive a Toyota that has had a damaged wheel bearing for some time. I didn’t want to keep putting it off as the vibration noise and shaking of the vehicle had become significantly intense. I checked in my vehicle on Wednesday morning and was told they’d have a look at it. Communication throughout the day was consistent over the phone and I was even offered a ride up the road by Cliff if I needed it. I picked my car up Thursday morning hardly 24 hours later with the issue completely solved and repaired and for even less money than they had originally quoted me for. They had also used a floor mat when stepping inside my vehicle to keep the car clean which was very much appreciated. The man who gave me my keys and the bill was respectful and even gave me a tin of peppermints to take with me. The bill was itemized which was a nice touch. A great service center and would definitely recommend.”
“I only stopped by to get new windshield wipers. I asked at the parts window and the gentleman there looked up the model, picked them off the shelf, installed the new ones and disposed of the old. It took about 5 minutes. Now! that's service with a smile ?”

“This has always my go to spot when I have an issue, but today they really outdid themselves. I had a loud noise coming from my car for months & I just knew it would be expensive to fix. I finally sucked it & up & asked them to take a look because the noise had been driving me crazy all of this time. My car was fixed in less than 20 min & they only charged $10!!! I was in shock! I would’ve BEEN let them handle this for me, smh. They will always have me as a customer!! I’m so grateful!”
