“While Queenstown Bank is not my primary bank, it was for both my father and mother. When my father passed away, the branch in Ridgely was very supportive and helpful as I worked through all of the financial issues with their account there and getting everything transferred to my mother and myself as co-owner. They were very helpful, answered my questions and were very patient with me as I maneuvered through everything with their estate. Then once again when my mother passed away, they were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely have that small town service vibe and were very welcoming. The only negative, is that I couldn't find where they have credit cards for their customers, which I thought was odd. Other than that, I think they a great bank. I just don't live close to them to warrant being my main bank.”

This banks offers all the services expected from a bank and they are certainly top notch. Highly recommend this bank. This bank offers a two car drive thru as well as a drive up ATM. Handicap parking right by the front door and the sidewalk is handicap accessible.”

“I just wanted to thank Ashley catterton at PNC bank in Chester md ! My card has been compromised and money has just been flying out of my account and right before Christmas when I need it the most and after calling the customer service line 5/6 times and getting no help or answers at all I decided to just call my local branch and talk to them . Me being Frantic and crying Ashley was extremely sympathetic,helpful, understanding and patient with me And in a matter of mins answered my questions and helped me figure things out . I’m so grateful for the help she gave me today ! She deserves major praise for how fast and efficiently she helped me figure things out . I will stay with PNC bank based on how wonderful she was today ! Thank you again Ashley I appreciate it more then you know !”
