“I can never remember anyone’s name, but most of the staff are very nice. I come a lot, and it helps when they remember my name as I have trouble speaking up in crowded places. The person with super short hair and glasses who is working this morning is always really nice and hands me my order when I walk in which is awesome. I wish I remembered her name.”

“Small market, some snacks and mostly beer - no marshmallows for s’mores :(Bonus, they make sandwiches + Mexican/Bolivian foodOwners are so nice. We ordered some bfast sandwiches and salentas. The salentas are so good, great thick dough with some bite, filled with gravy-ish stew- yum yum.The market isn’t much, come instead for the cheap, home made food.”

“I'm not a pizza fan normally, but I LOVE their pizza. It's not too big, just about right, and has GREAT toppings. These guys are quick, not showy, VERY VERY well priced, and I am a fan of their pizza -- but not most pizza. So from a picky pizza eater, this is great. Also their fried chicken is fantastic; I don't eat it often, but their FC is fantastic. And so on time!”

“The pharmacists and staff know me by name. They are always available for questions regarding my medications or to help me find an item. Even when using the self checkout they are alert to any problems I might have especially when it relates to coupons or discounts. The shelves and pathways are never cluttered. I also appreciate their phone calls when my prescription is ready or not in stock. Even when the store is extremely busy, they keep you encouraged. I just love the store on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park even though other pharmacies are closer I’m willing to drive extra miles just to get the exceptional customer service I receive there.”

“I can't believe the other reviewers are talking about the CVS in Solomons. My experiences at this Pharmacy over the past 22 years have been 100% positive. I just called the store to find out what the ingredients in a prescription vitamin are and 1) they answered their phone immediately, 2) the pharmacist got on the line and answered the question in detail.”

“Wawa, The Goose is loose! Best coffee in town for a gas station, better than Starbucks (also good coffee) in my opinion. Friendly staff at both locations here in Southern Maryland. Definitely better than Sheetz.”

“The staff at the store on Three notch Road in California Maryland is absolutely horrid all of them. Not one of them not even the pharmacist blinked let alone made eye contact after I waited being told my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes only to be told after 25 that it wasn't in stock so clearly no one even had begun filling it yet. This is unacceptable and I really think an audit should be done at that store location. Immediately, with the help of the pharmacist or staff member at the Target CVS location They pulled the prescription over and I went to pick it up the next day. When I went the next day to pick it up it was ready and the staff member treated me warmly and professionally. This is the way it should be. I think that other location either needs to be shut down or remedial training needs to be given and that head pharmacist or whoever is in charge needs to be spoken to because they have no customer service skills whatsoever.”

“I went into this store around 10:00pm 9/18/2021. Service was friendly and prompt. The main reason I’m writing this review is for this locations fried chicken. I missed dinner and was in need of that quick fix. You’ve got to come here and try their chicken. I got the tenders and it was so flavorful and moist. I had a hard time picking between the chicken or the fresh pizza in the case. The chicken won my palate and I’m glad it did! I will be back”

“22 miles past the Empty line. I stopped here and couldn't find any accessible assistance signs. With a quick call an employee came to collect payment, pump fuel and it was a Quick Stop! The price was average but the service was helpful, respectful and friendly.”

“Nobody's gonna believe me when I post this but this is the best chicken I've had almost ever in my life. This chicken is juicy and moist and packs tons of flavor. Like I said nobody would ever believe this chicken came from a gas station. If you're ever in the area of Leonard town Maryland I would highly suggest you stop at this gas station and get a piece of baked chicken. I thought I also might add the fried chicken is on point also and very juicy”

“This is a typical gas station with some hot and cold food items available. They sell some beer and wine (take-away only, no consumption on-site) but no hard liquor. Service was prompt. Centrally located near most of the other main businesses in Lusby.”

“I came into the pharmacy an hour before they closed tonight needed an important medicine for my 4 year old that is sick. The ladies (I wish I could remember their names) were so nice and made sure I had it quickly. Best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy and it means so much that I was able to get medicine for my sick kids.”

“I like that this branch has an Pharmacy Drive-thru. No drive-thru at the Calvert Hospital branch, which is limited to RX fills. Some ratings here are about that location. So, some of the pharmacy staff at this location act as if they are bored or are unhappy. Could be that they suffer an illness that makes them act as if or that it is someone or some procedures makes them seem unhappy. It isn't a temporary thing as I have observed this every time I visit. Another young lady seems frustrated and takes a moment to shift from frustrated to kind/welcoming. The pharmacist I have communicated with has warmed to me and seems accepting of my personal needs. I have an RX that requires close scrutiny and, in the past, seemingly caused an attitude of judgment not suited towards terminal pt. needs. This pharmacist has seemingly warmed to me, perhaps due to my never having a 'panic' (or a 'seek') toward fill dates when inventory is low or when a question of 30 days vs. same DATE restriction. A person on the phone has not seemed to want to listen regarding this detail. I do not know their voices to determine who sighed into the receiver when I brought this subject to her attenrion. The date changes based on the no. of days in the month (28, 29, 30 & 31).The front cashiers I have encountered have been warm or friendly or both with the exception of an older gentleman to whom I could not get to engage. He didn't seem angry or bored; it was more of a feeling I had of his dislike for any conversation. I tried to get him to smile, look me in the eyes, or respond in kind towards my open attitude. I've only tried to speak with him once. Should we encounter each other again, I will be observant towards any attitude at others myself. It could have been a fluke day for him. If this happens again, I will amend this detail.I give 4 stars because the isle indicators are lacking distinction from products and can not be seen from most vantage points. I am supposing it is the isle height because the floor sqft limits inventory unless shelving is higher. The bldg seems to have been built to Walgreens specifications, and they miscalculated customers' wants and needs, or the population has overgrown the stores' original perception(s). If this was an existing build-out then perhaps Walgreens Corporate needs to contract for an addition/extension so the isles can be lowered to see what isles contain with distinction and more detail isle markers.Maybe purchase a close pc of land to build a stand-alone store space. The site would need to be near to where Walgreens currently sits as existing customers would not wish to travel farther, and there are a number of pharmacies close by. It could be a build more centered and standalone on the side where drive-thru is now. Customers come to Walgreens with all those choices, so Corporate should not risk losing its regulars. It is a preferred Medicare D pharmacy (not CVS). (There is a large - seemingly rarely used - parking lot on the drive- thru side of the bldg. perfect for my suggestion of adding square footage and gaining 5 star reviews).Keep the drive through and fix its communication. All employees should be on earpiece at this day and age, but especially drive-thru attendants/pharmacy customer service clerks. You know what? Now that I am speaking of the drive-thru, this bldg was a bank! The antiquated drawer, corded phone use for drive-thru customers, goose neck microphone that rarely works and gets in the way and poles where I am guessing a tube shute once was, gives insight into to why space is cramped for pharmacy inventory and personnel especially and why I can not see isle markers or find what I am looking for without assistance! Tear down after building a new store centered in side parking lot then tear this one down to make a new parking lot. Drive thru with good cameras and lighting now facing where the entrance was on this old bldg.!!!??? Will owner of land allow for this? Ask!”

“Can't speak on the gas prices but the energy drink prices are the best I've found locally for a gas station. The cashier Daniel on morning shift is super friendly and welcoming. He was also very responsive and kind when I called to see if I forgot our debt card there. Only draw back about this location is the intersection it's on is quite busy so you have to pay close attention coming in and out so you don't get hit.”

“Libby is great! She went above and beyond to help me get my heart medication.Back story: I had gone to a different location and they said my prescription would be $600 until I got prior authorization by my secondary insurance who is not open to help on the weekends (they have had my prescription 3 days so I’m not sure why they waited so long to send the authorization to my doctor) so their solution was spend $65 to get a few pills (they were also very rude). I called the Hollywood location and Libby answered, she called the other location for me, got everything sent to the Hollywood location and went out of her way to sign me up for a card that made my prescription only $10 WITHOUT prior authorization. Libby deserves a raise!”
