“My most recent experience at CVS, California, MD was satisfying. The over-head directory made it easy to locate what I was looking for. The cashier was polite, professional, and provided good customer service. In addition, the store was clean. Just one thing I'd like to note: Please make sure that hand soap is always stocked in the restroom. Also, I noticed that many others lodged complaints against the pharmacy staff. I've had several encounters with the pharmacy staff as well as 2 different pharmacists. My encounters with the pharmacy staff have been professional and when I've had to consult with the pharmacists, they have always been pleasant, professional, patient, and kind. CVS staff, please continue to provide great customer service. I highly pay attention to what type of service any employee provides. I do understand that some people simply have a job, while others have a work ethic. These two are not the same. Train your employees and teach them to provide great customer service to every client. And if you don't like your job, I wish you well in finding suitable employment that best fits your needs.”
