I can't tell you how much support I've received from Darlene! I have 2 storage units at 2 different i-storage locations and was facing an issue with each one...that is until I contacted Darlene and both problems were resolved the same day. Quality customer service and quick response time are becoming more and more rare these days, but not with Darlene. Thank you!

The online staff was helpful but they assigned me a space that really didnt exist. The staff onsite in my neighborhood is awesome and they made everything right.

I have been renting a storage unit here for almost a year now and this is what I have experienced. The facilities are kept very clean, I have never seen a maintenance issue (i.e. lights, climate control, ect), and the office staff is amazing! I just had to upgrade my unit from a climate controlled 10x10, to a climate controlled 10x15 and the process could not have been smoother. I definitely recommend this iStorage location to anybody!

We are planning a move soon and started researching companies and units that would suit us. We stopped into iStorage this afternoon and after talking with Tasha we knew exactly what we needed and secured the right unit!! Tasha was very knowledgeable and there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer!!! HIGHLY recommend iStorage for your storage needs! Call & ask for TASHA!!

Darlene made it super easy with getting a storage. They kept an open line of communication with me. Coming from Georgia to Maryland the process was convenient and easy. I did everything via online. When we arrive she was friendly, and showed great customer service. She even walk down to the storage to show me how to use a lock that we purchased.
