Not very friendly and not quick to assist. If I need to mail anything, I go to the Post Office in Callaway or California. At least I haven't had issues receiving mail at my house unlike many others.

Front counter gave my package to the wrong person. Luckily she came to my house to return it. She does not live in my neighborhood! There are some honest people left. This post office is trash!

Zero stars. (Won’t let me not select any) The post office doesn’t care that the carriers are stealing mail and packages. They just kept making excuses for the carrier that had “lost” multiple packages and gift cards. They just need to close this office down.

The new African lady needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills. She wasnt welcoming and seemed like she didnt want to be there at all.

Rude new girl. She acts like it's a inconvenience for her to do her job. My packages are rarely placed in my mailbox on time always a few days late or more. Once it wasn't placed until 7 days later after asking if I had any packages for multiple days.

They don’t update the status of packages until the end of the day. I pay for 1 day shipping and it was “scheduled for delivery” they updated after they closed saying “available for pickup at 1pm” if they would’ve done their job and updated throughout the day, I wouldn’t be out money spent on an item that is now too late! Thanks USPS for consistently reminding me go with FedEx and UPS when possible! I have stopped using companies because paying extra to ship FedEx or ups isn’t an option and I will continue to do so!

Rude customer service with newer employee. Bent my padded envelope and asked what was inside of it (as if it was her business) then proceeded to try charging me $10 for an envelope that weighed less than 1 ounce after potentially damaging it herself. The previous employee that was there last time I went was 10x better.

By far the worse USPS office in MD. Almost everyday I get misplaced mail of mine to nieghbor's box or theirs in my Box. I get delicmver of mail at around 2-3 pm. By 9-10 pm whdn i walk my dog i see more mails in the box agai . The lady in office is so unpreffisional and uneducated. USPS need to bring solution and look into fixing the mail problem in that office.....

Was told i couldent pick up my mail in person. When i explained to the lady i have done the in the past when i didint want the box sitting on the porch she acted like she didint care and told me to call the "post master".... ridiculous....
