Henry very helpful polite and knew his job. Unfortunately he couldn't help me with everything partly because I did not have my Google account at hand. But all in all it was a good experience. It was way better than the the experience at AT&T in Laurel Maryland

My husband broke his phone and called customer service. They said that he would have one overnight it took more than a month . And when they send it they added another line we had 3 lines and only needed 2 . We called back and very time we talk to customer service they add another line now we have 5 lines cell phone bill $400.00 now from 121.00 and they we have to pay for lines we don't have and not using Att you are so so stressful. Nobody knows what they are doing. They sent us to Greenbelt and they sent us back to Laurel .Get more training please. And we still have 5 lines .

Got my unlimited talk/ text & data it’s a good deal for those who qualify so…. get $30 Monthly unlimited talk text & data but anyhow if you decided to get A new phone cool or if you wanted to bring your unlocked device but talk with Elio Perez & let me know your experience cause when I came in somebody said Hi but said that Elio would help so Inwas confused like is Elio the only one that hi can help it nice to be greeted but not passed around I was better tho after speaking with Elio so Thankful blest Elio

Maria, The store manager went above and beyond to fix the issues my wife and I had on our phones as a result of the mess created by Silver Spring AT&T store. She spent more than 2 hours talking to corporate back office to make sure that we don't lose our numbers in porting to AT&T. Thank you so much! God bless!

My sales rep went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. He made sure to answer all our questions to the best of his ability, even told us about products we didn't know AT&T provided, such as Direct TV. All in all we were very pleased with the service.

Each visit at this AT&T store gets better and better. The service from the staff is phenomenal. They take care of your every need. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great atmosphere at the store. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one downside was the phone I wanted they didn’t have. It has to be shipped, but it did come within 2 days!
