I’ve had to bring my truck up here twice through progressive insurance claim and both times they have been efficient and explained everything to me when I called.My only issue is the girl at the desk. She can be a little rude and dry unprovoked. I get it being the business she’s in but at the same time it’s no excuse. Luckily I don’t take things personal but she should check that attitude before someone else does.

I stopped by the Collision Center to get information so I could install tail light on my vehicle myself. Seeing that I am a disabled veteran, Mr. Jon Choi volunteered to make the difficult repair for me. The courtesy and professionalism that Mr. Choi displayed is an asset to Beltway Collision!

Don't bring your car here!These people had my car for over a month and a half.. My car is worse than when they call themselves fixing it. They stole my mats from my car and stole my tire pump from my car trunk. Turned my trunk upside down.Looking for what? There was nothing you needed in the trunk. Ridiculous! There used to be a time where you could get good quality service. Those days are long gone with these shabby people who don't take pride in their work.

The worst workshop to visit for almost 2 months with my car and they do not have an answer for me. The delivery date was June 21 and it is the 24 and no one knows about my vehicle. I don't understand how it is possible that a workshop that is said to be prestigious does not meet its dates. And the employees with terrible service only know how to say I don't know. Rafael does not know how to give an answer to the situation, he only says he will be ready tomorrow and he is never ready. I would never recommend this place.

Good evening,GEICO paid this company $513.48. The company can not fulfill their obligation. They ordered the bumper 3 times and each time it has been damaged. Originally they tried to say that they had already replaced the bumper but after further investigation and after I paid $250 and GEICO paid in full, I brought it to their attention that my bumper had never been changed. I spoke to them approximately 3 times telling me that they would refund $476. Upon contacting them today they are now saying that the company that they purchased the damaged bumper from is refusing to take the part back and therefore they are unable to return my $513.48. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately I don’t have anything to do with that. Is there anyway that GEICO can contact this company on our behalf ? GEICO should not recommend this company as a repair company because they are a ripoff!
