I have not been to this store in over 10 years and I know why. The store is a mess, unorganized and dirty. The carpet is filthy, the lighting is very dim and just made me very uncomfortable to be in there. I will not return, but the cashier that checked me out was very pleasant. The entire store needs to close and be renovated. .

The staff were friendly and all busy working, but the store was a mess. Clothing not sorted by size and even on hangers that don't match their size. The biggest issue though is there's no dressing rooms!! They're completely blocked off and filled with shelving and other items. How does a clothing store not have dressing rooms??! Of course we didn't realize this until we spent 30 minutes picking out clothes to try on. Extremely frustrating experience. We ended up putting more than half of the items back, bought the few things we thought would fit, and we have clothes that need to be returned. What a waste of my time!

You can see signs both inside and outside of the mall. The entrance from outside leads you to a secluded escalator surrounded by silent white walls. Once you get to the bottom, the size of the place may surprise you. It's HUGE! Burlington is always known for having such a wide variety of things. I've come in on various occasions looking for random articles of clothing for costumes and such... and more times than not I don't find what I'm looking for. But there still have a lot of great things... especially coats! I have found myself browsing more than checking out, so my staff interaction has been limited. But one thing I have noticed is that if someone is near the escalator, I am always greeted, and I'm usually asked if I need any help while I'm browsing. The lows of the place are definitely the aesthetics. The sizes of the clothes on hangers have been inconsistent, and generally the place gives dingy warehouse vibes. It could use some upgrades and maintenance for sure!

Unfortunately, a few minutes ago I went to this store, the cashier threw the carts on me, I told him to say permission and what he replied, shut your mouth, a poorly educated child, does not deserve to work as a cashier because he is disrespectful. The most shameful thing is that he is Latin, just like me, what a shame. this type of persons

I love this location. The employees are all very kind, busy (understaffed) and hardworking. They have a nice selection of goods that the other Burlington branches in Montgomery County lack anyways.

Lots of stuff for the home, and loads of personal items (clothing, shoes, etc.). The stuff is friendly and try their best to keep the lines moving at checkout. Be patient, people, it's the Christmas season.

Saturday afternoon in December and not that busy, but good luck finding your size. Nothing is any kind of order and even the hanger tags are wrong. Found some fair deals if they fit, but were cheaper online with other retail companies.
