It is true you almost never get to speak to someone over the phone. If everything is going smoothly, the procedure is that (1) your prescriptions get sent to this pharmacy, (2) you get text messages when it’s ready for you to pickup (3) go there and you can get your meds in 5min. But if there is something wrong (e.g. insurance problems, early refills) with your prescriptions, you need to go there and talk to someone in person. It usually gets resolved in 10min, and if your meds are approved, come back an hour later and it’s ready. Overall, nice polite professional staff.

I went to this CVS yesterday to pick up some things to soothe my cold, but mainly to use a 30% my entire purchase coupon that I got in the mail a few days earlier. I'm a college student and money is always tight, so that coupon was a blessing. I pick up all my stuff (and a little extra) and try to check out at the self-checkout station, but it keeps saying "coupon not accepted" or something. The staff at the register, Che, overheard and said he would be over to help.Che tried everything and anything to try and get the coupon to work. I certainly didn't understand why it wasn't working, but he didn't either. And yet, Che went above and beyond trying to get me the discount. I didn't want to cause too much trouble and kept saying "it's no biggie if it doesn't work," but Che insisted that he help me get my ~$13 off my purchase. He tried everything and eventually made something work. I was so grateful.Like I said, money is a big worry of mine as a college student and even that 30% discount helped me immensely. I was so impressed by Che's helpfulness and kindness. He really made my day. :)Other than this experience, the store is nicely-kept and nicely laid out. A lot of makeup products are out of stock pretty often, but back orders happen. There's always another brand selling something similar to what I want. Prices can be very high too (like $4.60 for a loofah??) but the coupons and deals that come with the extra care card make it worth it.Thank you, Che. :)

I’ve been on hold for 10+ minutes and then get hung up on without speaking to a pharmacist or representative, 3 times over the past 2 days. I understand there is a shortage of pharmacists but they should implement call back functions, like other CVS locations have. This is a horrible way to treat customers.

Pharmacist has great knowledge, customer service, tremendous amount of patience under pressure. Truly a gem. He is the reason why this is my go to pharmacy. ???

I had just left the dentist with a single prescription for antibiotics for a tooth infection. 12 pills in total. Took it into here and explained I'm in severe pain and needed these ASAP. They told me it would take 2 hours. I explained that I understand they are busy but I'm in actual pain and need these now...I have an infection. Ended up waiting in pain for about an hour and a half until I got them. Glad to know they prioritize people's basic pills over people who actually need them right away. I will never go to CVS again.

Wow. My partner and I came here to get our booster shots. I left my vax card at home, so I waited for him to get his shot done before getting mine. The lady in the lab coat held the syringe as if it was a knife and straight up stabbed him in the arm. He jumped and was shook. When she pulled it out, there was so much blood ???. Really glad I forgot my card at home. Going someplace else for my booster… but why did she hold the syringe like that!? ???

The people are polite but CVS has them so over worked that they have a difficult time providing good service. I have a prescription to renew but misplaced the prescription number so I have to speak to a real person. I have called 4 times over 3 days and been placed on 20+ minute holds that end with accidental (?) hang ups each time. I will be using a different pharmacy.

This location is a little smaller than most, so the isles are a bit tight. Not a good place if you have small children because they'll touch everything! No matter what CVS will always be my go to. They have great coupons that you can actually use. They mimic your purchases. I suggest setting up your coupons to go directly on your card so you don't miss out on deals and they'll be taken immediately off at the register. Chi-Ching!!!

Came to use money gram and a after going to the kiosk I wa told they don't give out money from money gram .. only reviving . I explained that I just confirmed my transaction. He said yeah no we don't do that you can go somewhere else. Didn't offer a money gram money order or help . I've got cash from cvs before so asked if this was a new policy he said yes. I asked to speak to a manager Jennifer and she spoke with the associate came over and said the same thing and never offered additional help and just walked off rudely.. done with cvs and with money gram.

The pharmacist at this CVS asked me the gender of the doctor that wrote my prescription.. A lady was venting and yelling at the pharmacy checkout. Someone in the pharmacist drive though was yelling. Service has degraded here. Go elsewhere if you want good services.

Came in for a covid and flu vaccine. Got my vaccine at exactly the time I scheduled and the pharmacist was really great. I was very nervous about getting a shot and he really helped me through. Fantastic "bedside" manner.
