I'm just going to transfer my meds to Kaiser, even though it's further away. One is controlled so I can't use mail order and the service here is terrible.

The absolute worst came here at 11 to pick up a RX and they were closed. Thats very unprofessional and it shows that whom ever was supposed to open today dont care about there job. I needed my medication and had to go to CVS to get it filled.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED.Terrible customer service. Five times they have made mistakes - didn’t fax to doctors office, claim doctors office never faxed, we are busy and didn’t get to it. To try and make a long story shorter, I’ll shorten it as best I can. Took prescription to CVS in Target on Greenbelt Road at 10 am. They said it would be ready at 11. At 2:30 called to see if it was ready. Answer was no with no explanation of why it wasn’t ready. Asked to speak to pharmacist. No one ever came back on the line - who knew that after 15 minutes the recording stops and you get silence. Drove there, still on hold. Sandy, the pharmacist, was helping another customer. When it was finally my turn, I let her know I was not happy, no one ever picked up the phone, prescription not ready, fifth time this has happened and I didn’t want to hear her excuses. She asked me if I got a text saying it was ready? Uhh, no. Reason why I called and asked and was told no. She stated she was on the phone with a doctor’s office helping the customer for a long time (over 30 minutes she claims, doubt that.). I raised my voice and so did she. She kept telling me she was only one person with one mouth. I told her I didn’t want to hear her excuses and didn’t care what they were. She stated that the previous customer would not have cared about my prescription either. Asked for district manager name and number which she refused to give. Finally, she threw my prescription on the counter and proceeded to wait on another customer. Told her I wanted my prescription and name of district manager again. She informs me that my prescription has been ready all along. Really??? Then why no text and why did the clerk say it wasn’t ready??? Someone is not telling the truth. She had no answer to those questions. Wonder why??? Got my prescriptions and again asked for district manager name and number. She then goes behind the counter where they usually are filling prescriptions and I see her make a call and hear her telling someone on the other end that she is only one person with one mouth. She comes back and states she just verified that she cannot give me the name and number of the district manager. She is not allowed. Told her I would try to get it another way and left. As an aside, I was trying to find an email for corporate on CVS web site and couldn’t find one. CVS also had a rating of 1.7 out of 5. This says a lot about how a company operates.

They have ONE person working the register while they have a whole line of people waiting. The short fat lightskin one has a TERRIBLE attitude and the pharmacist doesnt even know what shes doing half the time. If the techs focused on their job as much as they did on their nails and hair they would actually get their job done.

They have zero interest in helping anyone. I really don't know why they're here at all.I was told "nope, no prescription was sent" even though I saw the order, confirmed the pharmacy, and got a confirmation text of the order being sent, with the pharmacy info in it. But they just blamed it on the doctor's office, then tried to get my cellphone number "so they could send me a text when they do get the script."Don't know how they were going to attach that to a non-existent order for a new customer without a file. I'll be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

revise: My daughter was ill and the medicine that prescribed for my daughter is out of inventory. They gave a list of phone numbers to us and ask us to check their inventory by ourselves. The attitude was bad.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been going up this pharmacy for 10 yrs and ever since they transitioned to a CVS pharmacy they have completely dropped the ball. No one attends to you even if you have been standing at the register for over 20 minutes. Orders are never ready, and they are just plain rude. I will not be returning to this cvs pharmacy again.
