I am giving this agency one star only because of how unprofessional they are along with scamming companies for money! I was glad that they found me a assignment after working with them for one day. When it was time for the company to hire me permanent, express just ignored my e-mail and never got back to me on the next steps of the permanent hiring process nor did they response to the numerous calls and e-mails they have received from the employer. They are poor on communication! Then they charge the company for days I haven't even worked!!! The invoices they send are exactly the same week after week and they try and act like it was a mistake once the company called them out on what they tried to do! I can't believe the amount they charge the company for an employee and then pay you b******* money even with years of experience! This agency is all about making money not actually helping people! In order for me to be hired permanently I had to talk with the hiring manager myself. Still to this day they have not got in touch with me on what to do next, and they are still trying to bill the company for hours that I worked after the hiring manager contacted them directly to let them know I work for them now. They have also tried reaching out to one of the administrators to ask them to send them my time sheet so that they can bill the company for the hours I work? Who does this? So unprofessional and sneaky!! I would not recommend this agency to anyone in need of employment. They are better off finding a job on their own, then going through this agency!!! Once you work for them and put your time in that is required in their contract, they will not let you go, cause they still want to get paid off of You! Selfish....

I'm giving this franchise "2 Stars" only because it was a clean environment, but the staff on the other hand was FAR from professional. I recently moved back to the area from Texas and thought I could rely on this Francise for work. The hospitality was horrible! When I first walked in, no one greeted me so I greeted the two ladies in the front with "Good morning." The girl at the front desk was in a Victoria's Secret sweat shirt and sweat pants; with leopard slippers. Very unprofessional! She handed me the paperwork "fill out the highlighted areas." After completing that, I handed her back the paperwork and she left me sitting there for over 30 minutes with no direction as to what was next. I knew what was next because I worked her job back in Texas. As I sat there patiently waiting now a little over an hour, the staff all went to the back. Didn't say anything to the gentleman and I about where they were going. When they all returned, I politely asked one of the staff members, "excuse me, what's next in the process?" She said my information was being processed in the system and the interview would follow. That was hard for me to believe because I know the process and how long it takes. I just wanted to be acknowledged. It is rude to treat your clients like this. The lady who interviewed me sat in her office and pretended like I wasn't even there. When she finally called me back (after strolling to their break room with the remains of her breakfast after 11am) she asked for my resume. Again, I know the process. Why haven't you seen my resume by now? It was on my application and you took an hour to "process me." The interview was horrible and unprofessional. She asked 5 basic questions and through me in the bucket of clients who needed to make themselves available on Mondays. What happened to getting to know the client and attempting to meet their needs? The question that threw me for a loop was, "so you say you have experience in HR, everyone says that, what sets you a part from the rest?" REALLY???? I would not recommend this particular Francise to anyone! The staff is way too laid back, uneducated, lacking ettiquete, hospitality, and professionalism. It's embarrassing to the black culture and expected in greenbelt, me. I hate to say this because I am black, but this business needs some help!
