Sadly I am writing this post. On7/5/2024 I took my car in for an oil change. After the oil change, when I went to pick up my car the interior driver's seat, the mat and the splash guard were black, filthy with oil.I had to go to the car wash immediately. I said I would write scathing review, thought better of it, and went to inform the shop of the condition my car was returned to me in. I failed to mention my car's interior is beige.
Well, this afternoon I returned to show the shop attendants the condition of the car 2 weeks later, and I have been to the car wash twice. The young man at the desk immediately said I will take care of it, and preceded to come to the car with a cloth soaked in some solution to remove said stains.
Why I am writing the comment you ask?????? There was a Jamaican individual (cannot refer to him as a gentleman) who inserted himself into the midst of the exchange between the shop owner and myself, he walked right up to my car, said nothing but pulled out his phone and PRECEDED TO CURSE AT ME! I didn't know this man from Adam. As per him, he had nothing to do with the situation. So why have you inserted yourself Sir? And what gives you the right to curse at me. You think people don't know what a bumble-clot is, you think people don't know what pu$$y-clot is??? How very very rude and inappropriate is this individual ? I would not have my car serviced here again. I am highly disappointed and disturbed by the way I was treated! Very unprofessional, it costs very little to be courteous. And yes, I believe the individual does work there, he was wearing knee guards, and he was looking greasy. I am highly disappointed I have to write this because I believe in spending money with the businesses in my neighborhood, but this treatment is unacceptable.

my car broke down. had it towed 1419 greenbelt auto repair. Alonzo was pleasant had a lot work done. they were efficient and detailed. had courtesy repairs and discount. they cleaned car inside and outside. car drives like new. Alonzo. showed me repairs under hood. appreciated that they went above and beyond to do good job a great experience

I went inside of the ExxonMobil to get my cigarettes. While I was there I decided to use the coupon of 2 dollars that American Spirits had sent me. The digital coupon has to be accessed from my phone so I get the coupon with the ExxonMobil being the location where I was going to use the coupon. When he rung up my cigarettes I told the rude attendant that I had a coupon. He said it's not gonna work . I told him yes it is so I put my phone under the scanner and it took the 2 dollars off but the rude attendant started tapping on the cash register and deleted and charged me the regular amount for my cigarettes. Had I not been late for work and had to get on the beltway I would have left the cigarettes there. He cost me 2 dollars because now my coupon was considered used. He was rude and unprofessional if they don't want to accept coupons then say that. Don't lie and say it's not gonna work. People in our community don't like us and I'm gonna stop giving them my money.
