I wanted to write this while it is still fresh in my mind. I wanted to stop in here and grab a gift and was pleasantly surprised when I found it. It was much cheaper than any other store I have been in recently. I was excited...until I got to the register to pay. I feel like there might be some false advertising going on here. When I picked it up the price tag said $39.99. Take it to the counter it rings $59.99. When the sales associate wanted me to pay I asked why didn't it ring up as the price shown on the package. I was given some type of an excuse that was kind of a run around. Supposedly that was the price was for the Black Friday sale and it switched over in less than a week to the ring up price. See, I watched the associate ring up the game to begin with. He scanned the bar code on the game and not the bar code on the affixed tag. When I questioned the price, he acted like he wasn't going to honor it. He finally scanned the barcode on the affixed tag, it then rang up at $44.99. I kind of gave him that one eyebrow, apprehensive stare. I then got another run around answer that he can't fix the price because he's not a high enough manager. What exactly does that mean, and why are you working alone. He also forgot that I overheard him tell the person two people in front of me in line that he was the store manager. He also told me that he can't adjust the price lower, only that he can adjust the price higher. Thinking that he was going to pigeon hole me into a price. I then asked him why it wasn't at the 75% like the many, many signs around the store state. Any red sticker is an extra 75% off. I then get another answer, "Oh, uh, well those are supposed to be red stickers with 75% on the side of the game." Those signs don't say that, nor is there anything in the store that has any type of those stickers. At that point, I wasn't exhausted at all, I wasn't going to just buy it to buy it. He asked me how I was going to pay again. I said, no, I'm not paying that price. You know what the worst part of it all is? The $39.99 price is still shown online. So I feel like I was being scammed by this store. I wasn't born yesterday, so I'm not as stupid as you think. Do yourself a favor and skip this island of a store.

Good customer service but only 1 employee working made it a long wait to buy my item however on a regular day you should have no problems checking out. Store was organized and clean. I would come back again.

I entered the store at 8:27pm to make a trade in and the cashier (caucasian woman) refused to service me. If the store closes at 9pm customers should be able to have their needs met. Terrible service. Especially when I was the only customer inside at the time.

Had to delete my old review. Yesterday I had to cancel a pre-order due to that I’m moving. Both of the associates were afraid to cancel my pre-order. After they told why. I’m not going to give any names. But let them get in trouble. Better yet. Let the district manager call me. I give him or her a another reason. No one should be allowed to get written up over a cancellation of preorder.Overall. Great location for games and other things.

Susan was very rude DISRESPECTFUL and made me feel like I should not have entered the store. It is to early in the morning to be mean to people and not have manners. She came off as a angry racist no eye contact no customer etiquette. She need to return home and come back tommrow. I feel sorry for her co-workers today.So I respectfully left said no words and went to Target to by my son the new Playstation!

I really like this GameStop because despite things changing around this store, it's withstood the tests of time and still offers quality games, consoles and merch at fair prices. The one lady who works there is super nice and happy to help with whatever you might need or have questions about! My husband got me a pre-owned 3ds console and some games from here and they've all been working beautifully so far, so I trust getting functional products from here!

The attendant was a lovely lady that regardless of the long line of people ready to pay, was able to answer the phone and adress the people inside the store, never stop smiling.
