It's IHOP not an upscale restaurant. The food is good and the price is right. The place is clean.

The breakfast is good, but average! But what I really like about this IHOP is the service. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly service!

Had an amazing time there with friends for a celebration. The staff is chill and welcoming when I went the food was served in a timely manner and I enjoyed myself 5 star place.
