Best lab experience ever. Check in was quick, the staff was friendly and professional. Amber was so gentle I didn't feel the needle at all. In and out really quickly.

Went to this location twice since they moved. My last experience was a total fluke. I have a kidney transplant and my number came up as rejection. I spent hours in the hospital just to find out I'm perfectly healthy and my blood test numbers were botched. Idk how a lab messes up so badly.

I went to the previous building at 6201 Greenbelt Rd, and it was closed, but there was a new address at 7501 Greenway. The note says that they are open from Monday to Saturday, which is totally false. I went on Saturday, June 8. The workers were inside, but it was closed, and no one took a minute to give me information. I was completely ignored. I don't recommend this place.

First time here the receptionist is so freaking rude with a stuck up looking attitude face it freaking irritated me the way she talks and treats people no smile what’s so ever.

The technicians here always argue with and ignore requests for smaller needles or preferred veins. Almost every time the blood draws are painful. Would recommend the other Greenbelt location or Riverdale location over this one. The blood draws there are painless.

LOVE the staff!! They treated me very kind, very well mannered, and polite! Front desk lady helped me to check in and did my bloodwork and although im not a fan of needles, she was very gentle and I did not feel a thing! Definitely recommending this place and coming back!

Horrible service . Receptionist in the front was very rude to many patients . If asked a question she would replied in such a rude way . African American girl with a wig ponytail slim girl . She has no kindness to her at all when talking to patient .

3.26.24 they just moved to the building next door (glass building) some old/NEW STAFF!! They’re Very nice and professional!! Best decision they could’ve done! No more rude front desk!!!

I'm mostly rating how hard it was to find this place. The outside signs point to the places that have 109 - 116 and the T levels, but you have to find into the lobby then go up the stairs to get to the other 100 level offices. Even though there is a 100 level office when you enter. The directions they offer on the phone line are useless and should be updated. "were at the corner of street and street." Nothing about how to actually get into the building.

It is the worst place where I have referred my one-year-old baby to take a lead test. The stupid ones who were there pricked him 3 times and couldn't draw the blood and the mediocre ones laughed at my baby because of how he was crying that day.

This place is really ghetto! People at the front desk are having conversations being super rude to almost every patient who comes in here people at the front desk are cursing and having conversations they shouldn’t be having everyone working here are complaining that this place is so busy they are mad people are coming in it’s a place of business of course people will be walking in and no appointments is required but they are just really rude so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place if you can go somewhere else please do I don’t know who is in charge of these place but something needs to change

Had a glucose tolerance test here and they noticed that I didn’t feel well after the first hour. They were kind enough to put me in a reclining chair behind a curtain and complete all the remaining draws from there. They gently woke me up for each draw and made sure I was safe to drive before I left. 5 stars!

I took myself and my daughter there. We were treated nicely and they were nice to my kiddo. She doesn't like needles. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. However I noticed on both visits the lady at the front desk was very rude. One man has a question and she gave a smart remark as if he knows how to work the machine. Ehe definitely needs training
