This place is really ghetto! People at the front desk are having conversations being super rude to almost every patient who comes in here people at the front desk are cursing and having conversations they shouldn’t be having everyone working here are complaining that this place is so busy they are mad people are coming in it’s a place of business of course people will be walking in and no appointments is required but they are just really rude so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this place if you can go somewhere else please do I don’t know who is in charge of these place but something needs to change

Had a glucose tolerance test here and they noticed that I didn’t feel well after the first hour. They were kind enough to put me in a reclining chair behind a curtain and complete all the remaining draws from there. They gently woke me up for each draw and made sure I was safe to drive before I left. 5 stars!

I took myself and my daughter there. We were treated nicely and they were nice to my kiddo. She doesn't like needles. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. However I noticed on both visits the lady at the front desk was very rude. One man has a question and she gave a smart remark as if he knows how to work the machine. Ehe definitely needs training

Very bad service employees looks like they are not being paid ti do their job. Or the customer are asking them free service. People are paying! No one goes there asking them favors

Walked right in it was not crowded but (i did have an appointment) they took me right back no fuss no muss. Technician was very good and gentle witch was a plus. 2 thumbs up--- Thank you!

I don’t know what kind of phlebotomist this clinic hires, but I’m very disappointed with their work. My husband came home today after getting his blood work, and he had severe bruising in the area where the blood was drawn. Is it that hard to find veins without getting stabbed 5 times ? This is disappointing and scary.

It did take a little while when I arrived but Mandrell is great! He is so positive so welcoming and understanding. His customer service was awesome. He made the experience more comfortable.

Tyrese, supervisorYes, Shardae Stepney, was really professional, friendly, and helpful. Techs usually can’t draw blood from my arm and when try, they can’t find the veins and if so, lose it. She got it really smooth and painless like true trained professional.Thank you.

Please do not go there! especially if you want to go there for the kids. They are very rude and treating people poorly. I personally do not recommend anyone to go there. I don’t think they trained well too. The administration should consider to hire new staff. I gave them 1 star I know they don’t even deserve it.

This office needs new staff... brought my son in today and lady just seemed very rude. If you don't like your job choose another profession! Will not be coming back!

employer decided to do stuffing at this location with employees who do not have to know much but able to argue a lot.Employees here do things very quick.If you ask a question1. They gets irritated very quick2. They gets really frustrated very quick.

Terrible place and tried to ask the front desk lady a question and she said she’s busy as she’s sitting looking at paperwork. I guess people don’t know how to multitask these days. Don’t get into this field if you’re going to be rude. I walked right out after that. Hire people that treat others respectfully.

I think this place gets bad reviews because it is staffed by no nonsense women who are not obsequiously friendly to patients. This goes counter to US American expectations. But, are you going there to be asked "how are you" and told "to have a good day" or are you there to have your blood drawn? They were great with my son who put up all sorts of resistance, as per usual, and they told him "this is the right way" and that was that. So refreshing. Plus we were in and out of there in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I read the reviews for this place and just decided it couldn't be that bad and wanted to go here since it was the most convenient location. Bad decision. This place had the WORST costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have met a lot of people that are rude but the woman working today is now at the top of my list. He tone of voice was very hostile and condescending and the way she treated everyone was not okay. It was clear she was going out of her way to be rude to everyone there. I will never be back! Next time I need my blood drawn, I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to a different Labcorp location just to avoid this establishment.
