Be careful, I’ve been shopping for years at this store. The new staff (Felicia) and store supervising management are not being trained properly. A new cashier refused to accept my prescription card. I use and purchase prescription medicine every week at this store. My prescription is up-to-date. The store manager was not at the store I had to leave the store without the food for my 16 year old dog, who suffers from kidney disease.

I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 12:30pm, one hour before I received a call to inform me about my appointment being canceled because the groomer had to leave early due to a dog’s bite. They only offered 50% off of my next appointment. I asked for other options and they weren’t helpful at all! I was very understanding of the situation but I didn’t think this was the best way for them to handle this as they should’ve accommodated us with another groomer, squeeze us in or even try to get us to another location if possible, instead they even acted as if they were doing us a favor even though they canceled on us out of nowhere.
I ended up doing what they supposed to, called other locations, they put us on the wait list at the Silver Spring location where they were amazing and super helpful over the phone, unfortunately I ended up taking my dog to the Washington NE location since they took us as a walk in and to which I will regret for the rest of my life. I’ve been telling my dog how sorry I am since I picked him up. The hair cut is a HOT MESS, he’s itchy and sad I think he was mistreated or abused somehow since I saw one of the groomers mistreating another dog as I was waiting for mine.
Anyways, this is very frustrating, sad and unfortunate. Hope this review helps others to make the right choice for your fury kids.

I had an appointment for grooming of my Great Pyrenees, I brought him in and he had some light matting by his neck and they said the only thing they could do was shave him! My fiancé’s Samoyed the same thing! It is a “grooming” business! Brushing is part of pet grooming the last time I checked! So if your pet is perfectly groomed and clean feel free to take them there!! Both our dogs grooming was going to cost $125 but they recommended us taking our dogs to a private groomer!!! Don’t waste your time or money doing business here for any service or products!

Sent my dog for his 1st grooming and cut smh...they did a terrible job. I asked for a full cut and not a trim. They made a cute puppy look like an old woman with bangs smh....never again!!!

I come for live crickets. Sometimes, you have to wait to get a clerk to help, if it's really busy. When I have my granddaughter with me, she likes to look at all the animals, especially the cats.

Don’t ever apply for a job here they can’t pick up the phone the boss would keep saying he is busy I put in multiple applications the boss say he is busy then get the people that works there to say he is out of town I’ve seen multiple people who dealt with phone call issues

Prices a little high but Trevaun at the cash register is very professional and patient.
